It’s close to the airport. Facilities were a little “tired”. Hallway worn, floor uneven. Shower head was coming apart. Bath towel had a dirty spot that was bright red and wet! Was given the wrong receipt (will call to straighten out when I get home) Place was not up to Hilton standards.

Something was wrong and strange. I booked a room for two people and found only two towels in the bathroom. We want to take an evening bath and a morning shower and we did not find towels in the morning because there are only two towels and I have not seen this bad thing in any other hotel. This is not good and was annoying

Would have given a better review but the smell of WEED in our room on NON smoking floors was so bad we called the front desk. Nothing was done about it as the smell persisted for several more hours. Hotel Bar and restaurant very pricey. But great location to hit the Metro and explore DC..

It wasn't the jet noise - I'm fine with that. It was the almost comically loud drag racing every night and on the last night, the gift of the all night car alarm. I understand that accessible rooms have lower beds; it's why I usually get one if available. This was a WELL worn spring mattress on a platform. Not a box spring or really even any support so you just kind of slide to the low spot throughout the night. Staff was great. Location travel-wise was excellent. Worst bed ever.

Upon arrival to the airport we called for a shuttle and we were picked up in 10 minutes. We arrived early, before check-in and left our luggage at the hotel. They were very welcoming. The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is close to a CVS and the Metro.

My only complaint was the flashing light in the room. Other than that, the night staff was amazing and the morning staff was friendly enough.

I wish I could remember the girls’ names that assisted me with my check-in they were so awesome and friendly. My entire stay here was very enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely try to stay here when I return in the future. The rooms were very clean and smelled new. The parking was very convenient and easy, just remember that this is an extra fee but the convenience of it was well worth it in my opinion.

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend.. we paid $33 each night to use their parking garage which is the only option and our car was stolen from their lot. We were told there wasn’t any cameras and they did absolutely nothing about the crime/inconvenience. We took the hotel shuttle to the airport to rent a car, the driver told us that many others have experienced their cars being broken into & stolen. They don’t have any type of security, they don’t care about you, your safety or your things. So if you value any of that DO NOT STAY HERE. God forbid what else could happen to anyone else because of their negligence.

Abimael, in all the years that this hotel has been on this site, over 50 years, there has never been a car theft, or a related issue. However, we have had a couple of very recent problems. We are certain that your case was reported to the insurance company, in spite of the signage posted throughout the garage, “User Assumes All Risks”. We are in an urban setting which creates unique challenges; however, the staff conducts a variety of random walk-throughs throughout the day and night. We are presently looking into a new garage arm system due to this very recent issue. Please do not believe that we are doing nothing about the situation, nor what the driver stated about this happening to “many others” as it has not. We do sincerely care about all of our customers and are taking proper measures. Please do reach out directly, if you have any additional questions or concerns.

The property is within walking distance of the Crystal City metro stop. There are ample dining facilities in the area. We were on the 4th floor and heard no noise at all. Clean room, comfortable accommodations. Polite staff. Exactly what one would want.

We had an overnight layover. The next day, our flight was cancelled so we had to stay another night. We were happy to be "stuck" there because of was such a comfortable room!

Very clean room. Good size room. Cimfortable arm chair and leg rest. Bench at foot of bed is useful. Clean clean clean. That means everything. Snacks and drinks in lobby. Front desk helpful. Looks like new carpet and wallpaper everywhere.

The shuttle from the airport to the hotel drove right past my family after I called to request the shuttle. 50 minutes later, the shuttle didn’t come back and I was still on hold with the hotel when we decided to just take a taxi. After arriving to the hotel and asking why the shuttle didn’t come back, the receptionist told me “he’s busy” not an excuse, if you ask me. Depending on the receptionist, you either were given a bottle of water from the cases behind the counter or were told you had to buy a $3 bottle of water. Not a Hilton experience at all. Save your money and stay elsewhere.
