Alexis and Ann were absolutely wonderful at the front desk. Alexis was especially friendly and helpful. My stay was nice. Room was comfortable and I felt safe traveling alone. The shuttle to and from the airport was nice and the drivers were very helpful. The bartenders were nice as were the maids. I couldnt have had a vetter stay.

It has been a few years since I stayed in this hotel and the area around it has transformed for the better - parks, While Foods, gourmet donuts, etc. Makes staying here that much better. Staff here was amazing - helped me with early check-in and in refrigerating my medication. Given the choice I would always stay here rather than in DC. Very easy commute to the Metro that will get you there anyway.

Loved the Embassy Suite, was close to shopping centers and food places located in the heart of Crystal City, the staff was very nice , room was clean and spacious about to be my main hotel when I want to have a little getaway embassy will be my first choice and very affordable as well. Parking was easy and not that much a night.

Unpleasant experience
The check-in process was not good! Unfriendly staff can make an establishment and one’s experience and ugly one. Front desk and bar staff at check-in needs training in the art or customer and guest service. Staff needs to know how to help offer solutions to simple problems and know how to ask questions to determine steps to take to resolve the simplest of issues or in my case a non-issue. I had to call and figure out my process myself and they offered no solution to call the bar or walk me over to get an exception on the complementary drinks after being held up at the front desk trying to their job for them. It’s the B and C team that works at nights.

I loved the suite and the tvs the only problem was the heating it was freezing in my room. Hopefully I’ll be accommodated for the inconvenience of the temperature in the room bc it was really hard for me to get a good nights rest…. Other than that my stay was amazing thank u very much ur attention to this matter is greatly appreciated

Great property, easy access to downtown from the metro, small restaurants, and wholefoods around the corner. Small minus really close to the highway and the windows are not sound proof.
