I never checked in or stayed at the hotel. I have called Expedia and explained that the app WILL NOT LET ME LOG IN. I put in the correct login and password and hit sign in and it does nothing. I can't cancel rooms. I can't claim a refund through the insurance because EVERYTHING REQUIRES A LOGIN. The App has been updated. I've cleared the cache. I've done everything I'm supposed to do but nobody wantss to help me so I'm going with another online app. I still require a refund for my last booking not being used and I hope you fix whatever bug this is. I am beyond disappointed and my business will be going elsewhere. Thank you.
