I never checked in or stayed at the hotel. I have called Expedia and explained that the app WILL NOT LET ME LOG IN. I put in the correct login and password and hit sign in and it does nothing. I can't cancel rooms. I can't claim a refund through the insurance because EVERYTHING REQUIRES A LOGIN. The App has been updated. I've cleared the cache. I've done everything I'm supposed to do but nobody wantss to help me so I'm going with another online app. I still require a refund for my last booking not being used and I hope you fix whatever bug this is. I am beyond disappointed and my business will be going elsewhere. Thank you.

Carpets in unit were stained and dirty. The size of the TV was a joke. Hasn't Radisson ever heard of a big screen TV? They must have scooped all those tiny ones on a deal.

When we arrived, found out that the pool, hot tub, and ice machine were out of order or under repairs.aside from that, it was perfect for an overnight while traveling.

The hotel room, staff, facility were great. Not knowing the area, I didn't realize this property was on a highway, that's on me. Overall, it was good place to play.

Pros- pleasant staff; comfortable beds Cons- furnishing and decor very dated; pool, hot tub, 1 elevator, an ice maker all out-of-order; complementary breakfast disappointing; couldn’t walk to most nearby restaurants/shops because hotel off a busy major road

Good breakfast variety. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Only issue I had is that the carpet in room 103 was very stained. In more than one area. Everything else was fine.

At least six months ago I told the front desk several times that the bike in the fitness facility did not work. It still remains unfixed. If it does not work, it should not be shown in the picture of the property's fitness facility.

Hot water pressure in shower was terrible. Toilet basin took a long time to refill. Guests in adjacent room were noisy, playing loud music in an attempt to cover up their activities. After I complained to the night manager he attempted to contact them by calling their room phone. After three attempts they answered and turned off the music at around 11 p.m.

Very good spot for the price paid. It is a bit dated but still serves as a good spot to rest for a night or too. There were a couple of areas that you got a whiff of smoked but nothing too overly bothersome. Front desk staff were great. Each one was nice, courteous and helpful. Area around has good dining, fuel, and shopping options as well

The pool was not heated and after a long long drive I was looking forward to a relaxing swim. This was not the case because it was cold and there was a very loud family eating and drinking beer with kids jumping in the pool and screaming while the adults just sat and ate.

Kitchen staff are rather indifferent to doing their jobs. i.e. No bread for toast, no bacon, and out of regular coffee, but standing around watching people eating breakfast. Also, the front desk staff seems untrained: although they eventually tracked down a bathtub plug for my wife to use, they tried to excuse why ours was missing as to people take the plugs or they break. - This was a first for me, having stayed in many other hotels with bathtubs and the much needed bath plugs!

Our room was given to someone else who had actually booked a king size room, not a queen suite. So that didn’t set a good tone. Also, the reason I booked this specific hotel, the pool and hot tub, were closed!

Not a half way decent restaurant near hotel…. Just some fast food places. Asked for list of restaurants and they told me computer broke, no bottles of water available. Ice machine broken on 4th floor.

Upon check in all was well polite service, as we open our suite door the smell of weed was extreme, I am not a smoker so i found the smell offensive. Upon advising the front desk was told that there was nothing they could do and I could check out if liked, zero accountability or attempt to make it right just leave and go find another hotel.
