Place was built in the 70’s and hasn’t had a thing done to it. Bed is as uncomfortable and room was overall nasty.

I chose this property after filtering on Expedia for airport shuttle. The hotel said they stopped the airport shuttle service before Covid but Expedia has yet to update this in their system. My second reason to choose this hotel was to check my bags at front desk and leave the hotel after checkout but before my flight. The hotel does not hold bags after checkout under any circumstances.

At the time of booking I made sure that room has Safa bed with 2 queen beds but it doesn’t had it. Upon asking at front desk they said it would be extra charges for that room. Every time we entered in room we felt strong smell of Vicks in room. Bathroom has no exhaust.

I liked the location of the hotel and staff were helpful but had few issues during my stay - 1) very big cockroach in bathroom 2) a/c not powerful enough to cool the whole room. 3) lukewarm water even at the highest hot setting in the shower.

Great breakfast, nice to have water dispenser in lobby. Staff was friendly - we just had to wait a bit to get into lobby when we were checking in. Shower curtain did not fully span the distance so kept getting water on floor. Hotel is tucked behind another hotel off the street - would be great to have signage indicating that. Otherwise everything else was great.

This hotel was conveniently located for us. We traveled into town for a Wizards game and it was right off of I95. The hotel shows some wear and tear but what they have is clean and the staff was super friendly.

The staff checking us in and out were fabulous! There is a restaurant on property, however it was only opened on the weekends for dinner. Breakfast was great!

The hotel is in a safe area and is close enough to Washington that you can drive to all the sites. The rooms were dated but they were clean. We had connecting rooms which were perfect for teenagers. Breakfast was good its from 6-9 but if you get there at 8:50 they will be packing up. The staff isnt overly friendly but it didnt affect us. Overall, we had a nice stay.

I received numerous bites while laying on the bed. The staff quickly provided a new room when I notified them of the issue but in all my stays for business and pleasure i have never experienced this before.

At check in a cockroach crawled across the front reception desk but it was too late to get my money back. The room did not show signs of bugs nor bedbugs. The wallpaper was pealing off the bathroom, paint was chipped off the ceiling, portions of the ceiling were completely missing, the door was rusted and didn’t fit the frame. The steam from the shower caused the smoke detector to activate but it didn’t set off any building alarms. And, my Uber driver laughed when I told him where I was staying because it was a dangerous area.

Andrew at the front desk, and the wonderful staff provided the only thing wonderful about this hotel. The rooms appeared tidy but honestly I’m not sure. The room was SO hot, there was nothing around if you wanted a meal. We should have paid the extra money and stayed in Crystal City. The staff were so friendly and kind and that is the only thing this hotel has going for it. Don’t stay here if you want to get different places in DC or want to eat

The room door wouldn’t close properly without engaging the deadbolt, and there was no courtesy latch. The tub drain is so overdue for a snake that I was standing in inches of water by the end of my shower. The room floor was laminate, which was sticky and didn’t provide any help with sounds from the neighboring rooms. And on top of it all, they collected a $100 deposit upon check-in, on top of the room fee I already paid to Expedia. We’ll see how long it takes to get the deposit back. The breakfast spread was respectable.
