The villa Alynès of a modern style is contemporary, is built on the first line, it offers you a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean.

Private swimming pool heated to 24 degrees (01. 05 to 01. 09) with overflow decorated with its furnished terrace offers you an exceptional view on the Silver Coast as well as on the barge bay and the beaches of Areia Branca.
The Berlengas / Portugal archipelago is visible from the Alynès villa.
(On request the swimming pool can be programmed at 27 degrees 24/24 or more for an additional charge).

The fully furnished terrace will allow you to enjoy a pleasant stay. (Barbecue, tables, chairs, outdoor sofas, parasol, deckchairs).
The property also has a tennis court and all play equipment.

A large living room / dining room / kitchen, spacious sofas and dining table will allow you to spend a pleasant time with family or friends. (TV, home cinema, induction hob, microwave, satellite, WIFI, Internet, Alarm ...)

Nice but no A/C
Really nice home but there is only a portable A/C unit. There is no outside vent on the portable unit so it was useless. The house holds heat with little cross ventilation if bedroom doors are closed. We had to open the sliding doors. No screens so I got a lot of mosquito bites. We loved the location and very private.

Not really what we expected. Also a bit run down. A
The property is nice except for there being no linens for the beds. There were comforters but no sheets. Just a fitted sheet. That would’ve been fine except the pillows had someone’s mascara stains on them. Also, the house had poor circulation and leaving the windows open resulted in bugs invading and biting all night. The pool was nice, though. The surrounding area is a bit of an odd mixture of rural, farms and modern houses.

Fabulous villa overlooking the sea
This is a beautiful modern sleekly styled villa with great views and a fabulous kitchen. All the rooms are spacious and comfortable, though the sheets were a bit rough. Bathrooms were tastefully done and large and the master has a great view of the sea. The kitchen had everything you could want, including a built-in coffee maker. We traveled with another couple, all of us enjoy cooking, and we lacked nothing except some spices. But there are enough nice places to eat out, you'd never have to cook. The pool and the deck are well maintained though the weather was too cool for swimming in mid-May. There's a couple of nice grocery stores about 4 K away and the beach is closer. This really is a great place for several couples, isolated enough to give you a sense of privacy, but lose enough that you don't feel cut-off. As other reviewers mentioned, there's a couple of roosters and two dogs who seem to compete with each other in the next-door agricultural plot, but they really didn't bother us. Would go back in a heartbeat, although Nazare is also a place I'd consider for a return.

Fantastic View of Infinity Pool , Ocean and Sunsets.
We really enjoyed our HomeAway with our family.... very spacious & modern . Dina the property manager was very good, providing us with a food package on our arrival and setting up a fishing charter for my son and grandchildren. The pool was a little cool ,we would have enjoyed it more if it had been a little warmer...but it did not stop us from enjoying it. It does not have central air , something to consider if you're renting in the summer… Portugal is absolutely beautiful and the people are so kind & friendly. Ended our experience with a river cruise on the Duro , starting in Porto...so much more to see in Portugal, looking forward to exploring more someday .

Entspannung pur!
Entspannter Urlaub in schöner Villa mit phantastischem Meerblick. Alle Formalitäten reibungslos. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und umfassend. WLAN und elektrische Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei. Der Ort ist fussläufig in ca. 20 min erreichbar. Ein Mietwagen ist für Einkäufe etc. notwendig. Insgesamt gerne wieder!

Great stay in this villa
Second time we went to this holiday villa. And the fact we have choosen this villa again should tell enough on how we enjoyed our stay at this house. The view from the house with sunset is great. And the heated Pool is realy nice at this time of year.

sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Blick auf den Atlantik
sehr schönes Haus, sehr gute Küchengeräte, Möbel im Außenbereich etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Musikanlage hat leider nicht funktioniert. Auf Nachfragen bzgl einzelner Details sofortige Reaktion des Vermieters und des Verwalters, ebenso problemloses Ein- und Auschecken. Im Nachbargrundstück gibt es Ziegen, Gänse und einen Hahn.

Charmante ville
La propriété est jolie mais quelques détails dans l’annonce ne sont pas sur place, pas de quad à la rigueur ce n’est pas gênant. La photo du barbecue non contractuel, mobilier de jardin ne sont pas les mêmes et pas de climatisation à part un mobile dans une chambre. Mis à part cela belle maison et très agréable village, on se sent bien et très belle vue sur l’océan.
