A beautiful gem in the heart of Baden Baden
The Hotel Belle Epoque is a phenomenal place to stay in Baden Baden. Location is perfect - great for exploring and walking Lichtentaler Allee and all of the amazing sights in Baden Baden central. The property is truly gorgeous, with so much character! Breakfast was amazing - delicious and full of options for everyone. Most importantly, the staff is so accommodating and friendly - I felt right at home. I would love to go back!

From the moment that we arrived, the Hotel made us feel special and was very attentive. We were shown 2 different rooms, so that we were able to pick the one to our most liking. The attention to detail was something to be treasured.

Located in a beautiful part of Baden Baden, this lovely hotel was the perfect place for our family. The beauty of the garden, the delicious breakfast, the comfortable bed and pillows, the a/c and hot water, the safe parking, the walking proximity to everything we wanted to see, are just a few of the reasons we loved staying here. But the best were the staff who greeted us by name and were so kind and helpful. Oh, and the front door magically opens as one approaches as if there’s a butler standing there!

I loved that we stayed in the Schubert room, and were able to walk to the thermal baths nearby. Relaxing with a glass of wine into the evening was a delight in the beautiful garden setting. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Hotel is a beautiful former mansion, a little dated in its furnishings and style, but clean, comfortable and excellently located. The staff was all friendly and helpful.

Main building is lovely but the rooms in the out buildings involve a lot of stairs and gates to access and are a bit small. Parking is not free, which feels annoying. Shampoo and other bathroom products are low quality.

1874 building provides some nice features.
Really enjoyed our stay, location was really good, just a small walk into the centre, breakfast provided an ample selection and was all we would expect. We tried to drop our car off a little earlier than the 3pm check in and were actually given a room which was very welcome. The junior suite was perfect.

Everything was fine except the way I was treated at the lobby. The tall blond guy was extremely rude and even yelled at us for saying we were never informed that parking had an extra cost. He used our credit card without any authorisation to charge the extra costs and did not want to print any copies of the receipt for the room

This is a unique hotel with some of the most helpful staff you would find anywhere. It is one of the most enjoyable places to stay (I've been 4 times since 2015 and would come back at the drop of a hat) that I have visited. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed.

Lovely Boutique Hotel with Lovely Staff
This is a beautiful, classic, ritzy property in Baden-Baden. It is situated in a quiet area that is very safe and walkable to restaurants, shopping, Therme. We were upgraded to a nicely remodeled room- unfortunately it was in the side house (not in the grand house that contains all the charming furniture and decor). The room itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Although the bathroom was VERY small. Breakfast was limited (due to corona Regeln) but still fresh and tasty. Small Critique: parking on the property is very expensive. However the lot was full of Porsche’s, Mercedes, Ferrari’s, even a Lotus(!!). Biggest highlight- service from the variety of charming gentlemen who answered our questions, served us coffee each morning, were always super friendly and looking to make things nice for us. Thanks!!

The hotel is lovely and the staff is incredibly helpful, especially Ivan who is amazing! I guess he noticed that I don’t eat meat and he offered me a personal veggie plate for breakfast, it was delicious! He also helped us sort out a misunderstanding regarding the room upgrade. He really goes above and beyond to make his guests feel comfortable. Thanks Ivan!

We enjoyed our stay here so much we extended a night. Beautiful, old world European hotel with service rarely experienced in today’s travel. We booked a somewhat basic room and it was large, grand, immaculate furnished and impeccably clean. The breakfast and afternoon tea were flawless. And it is just a couple blocks away from the shopping, restaurant, spa and casino district. Quiet but close to the best of Baden Baden.

You get transported back to another century...most charming property, full of eye catching antiques and beautiful paintings and art work, excellent front desk staff, delicious bre as kfast buffett and coffee and cake is served in the afternoon

The hotel doesn’t have a lift and my father is 85 years old and struggled to go up 3 flight of stairs. The hotel is simply perfect except for the fact that the lack of lift is not advertised.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left our stay was exceptional. The service they provided was personalized and executed quickly. I will stay at this hotel again and again and stay in the same room, we loved it!

The services were way to terrible staff were not professional and are too slow! We were banded from staying at the terrace since they were hosting a private party!! I am not going to book it even with half of its so expensive price!! Not recommended at all!!
