Worst hotel because of staff.

Had a long stop over between my extremely long flights. So booked this hotel.
All on booking websites and the hotels website it specifys there is wifi in rooms... When I got to my room, no wifi!
Desk clerk told me none of the rooms have wifi only the dining area. Went to the dining area, three of my devices didn't connect - apparently wifi doesn't work.
Kitchen began at 4pm for room service.
Chef wasn't there to cook anything, had to wait until 6pm. 6pm came around and he still wasn't there.
I went to the bar area as no one was answering phones and bar staff told me he's not around and hadn't called in, no one knew if he was even going to show up.
Sandwiches are available 24hrs, I requested this and scenario went back to the chef not being there.
Had to go out and search for food.
I asked about shuttle service and booked when I went to take the shuttle, it had been cancelled and not one person decided to tell me. Therefore had to get a text.
Hotel wasn't bad for a stopover but the service and staff was terrible. Literally the worst hotel I've ever been too because of the staff.
