Excellent location with free parking for guests - great if you have a rental car! Lots of awesome eateries nearby. An easy 15-20 minute walk to the city. Stayed in a 2 bedroom interconnecting family apartment. Rooms and beds were very comfortable. Tidy little kitchenette was equipped with a stovetop, microwave and basic utensils. Large and spacious bathroom. Staff at the hotel were wonderful. They made their guests feel noticed and welcome. After a long day out sightseeing, coming back to the hotel felt like coming home. Thanks so much for looking after us, Mantra Charles!

Very noisy hotel. We were given a room near the lift and just above the hotels delivery area. We could hear the lifts open and shut, other guests talking and the delivery truck was noisy and their lights reflected in our rooms. Thank god we only stayed there for one night.

This is a beautiful property that is superbly maintained and extremely clean. The staff was kind and professional, doing everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Nicole in the dining room was a perfect representative of the kind of service we received. She was always pleasant and listened to our needs and did everything to ensure we were happy. The room was spacious with a large bathroom. The chair for the desk was heavy and did not move easily when we wanted to use it. The shower cubicle is small. While it wasn't a problem for me, it was a challenge for my husband as he is not as flexible as me. He told me he didn't wash below his knees the entire visit. The lighting in the bathroom wasn't bright enough. The bulbs seemed to brighten the longer they were on but still were not adequate for shaving and other personal care. The blinds in the room are beautiful but are not really good at room darkening. If you need a dark room after the sun comes up, you might be challenged. This hotel is easy walking distance to a variety of restaurants and convenient to downtown with many lovely shops and parks. We loved the hotel and would likely stay here if we come back to Launceston.

The room is quite old and needs some improvements. The blinds are ripped, the mattress is sunken, and the elevator is broken, having been stuck at level 3, and as a result, we had to wait a while for it. The staff is nice, and the breakfast is not too bad.

Beautiful hotel.
Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Room, bathroom were clean. Bed was comfy. Fridge had milk . Nescafé coffee pods were excellent. The restaurant on the premises had good choices. There are several eateries just in walking distance. Front desk staff are friendly and polite. Views from our room were fantastic.

I needed somewhere to stay close to the hospital, as I have in the past. The accommodation was neat, clean and very comfortable; even the pillows!!! I really appreciated and enjoyed the scent of the lemongrass body wash! Thank you, i will personally be looking to purchase something similar when I find it. I had the opportunity this time to enjoy the opportunity to eat an evening meal and breakfast; each of which were very well cooked, and presented and both exceptional quality!! Tasted wonderful. Service on arrival was exceptional. Service from restaurant staff also very good. I will not hesitate to rebook and stay again when the opportunity arises. Thank you.

The room was very clean and hotel is close to the city centre. Many dining options available around. However, no open buffet for breakfast. Menu options only. Would stay again.

We have stayed on multiple occasions, the property is not the cheapest in Launceston, far from it, but it is clean, staff are friendly and the restaurant serves great meals. Will definitely look to stay again.

very nice hotel with excellent staff, great brekky, good location. Found my room a little cold and was supplied straight away with a portable heater for my room. Only gripe was the lack of parking of which i believe the hotel is aware of. overall very pleased

It’s an impressive looking hotel with good vibes and very friendly, professional staff. It’s a pity that the rooms don’t take advantage of the position as none of the hotel rooms have a view.

Property was nice and clean, staff where very friendly. Restaurant was closed on a Saturday night which I found unusual for such a large chain of hotels. otherwise, a very pleasant stay
