It was lovely little property. The area around the villa was stunning. Close to shops and restaurants. Would stay there again.

Great price Fantastic motel
The room was a great size and had everything you need (except a microwave). It was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. With a restaurant attached to the motel it is understandable that they don't want you cooking in the room but a microwave would be useful for warming things - heat pack for my sore neck. George Town is lovely with much to do and see. Sunset at 9 pm meant I had a relaxing walk after dinner.

We accidentally booked a room without a kitchen. The service was impeccable with an easy room exchange and paying the difference. The self contained unit is well set out with large living areas and gallery kitchen fully equipped. A very welcoming place wirh a great pub and dining available. The rooms were well presented, clean and spacious.

The style of this accommodation is old motel style. 90's bedding which makes it look older. The bathroom had pink tiles that were cracked. Black mould in the grout. The bathroom floor tile looked dirty NO light in the middle of the room! A light by the window and one at the other end of the room! Tiny bedside lamps that sat below the height of the mattress!?! useless. A large sign stating, 'If you leave a glass, cup or a spoon dirty, you will be charged $30. Very uninviting! Would not stay there again. Good points: lots of clean fluffy towels.

Loud noisy neighbours to interrupt our sleep at night. Also no hot water to shower we had to leave place. Staff service didn’t show our place made bit confusing to locate our room. Also we booked for 2 days but had to leave in the 1st day as of no hot water before the checkout time. But they didn’t give us our refund and charged full price which is pretty lame

Second sendOur rooms are all clearly marked with numbers on the doors. Expedia Booking condition did apply.Unfortunately, you "had to leave" in the 1st day before we were even informed about the hot water "not working" Hot water was fine for both rooms next to yours and it all comes from the same hot water system as we double checked with guests.Housekeeping has checked the hot water and was hot when they entered the room.At check in your girlfriend confirmed and made sure that the booking was for two nights.We have informed you that reception and the whole hotel building would only open at Midday.Night Manager contact is available in the compendium in the room directly from your room phone.Night manager mobile number also is placed on reception door. Warm, clean, comfy beds, hot bath/shower with good pressure. Lovely outlook onto cove. Room 16 needs broken hair dryer replaced though. Must wash own dishes to avoid $30 charge, but this makes me wonder how clean the dishes are. Rates were reasonable compared to other places in George Town.

I was not happy about having to wash up my own dishers or be charged an extra $30. Thats ridiculous and I'm curious what the healh department think about that. I was also concerned about how well the dishers where cleaned before me.

The lady behind the bar was amazinng great service and personality. The food and food staff were lacking a bit. Mostly the food tho it was well below average for an above average price. Just order the chicken palmy and you'l be happy anything else maybe not. Good size room, comfy bed, air conditioning and heater, parking out front and they even let us have a late checkout. Would def stay again.

Great spot we checked in 820pm just as the restaurant had closed but they stayed back and served us many thanks. Not sure how you clean cups and wine glasses to avoid a surcharge with no dish washing liquid. Could not fault anything else

Villa was spacious clean and comfortable with kitchen for self catering. Decor is very 80s. Wonderful views of Tamar River. It was a perfect place to stay for the folk festival weekend.
