Adequate. Needs updating
We stayed in a room only basis and it cost £150 a night. We thought it was quite expensive for a room that was quite “tired” and old fashioned. However, the bed was big and comfortable. The room and bathroom was clean.

Lovely quaint spot, cosy rooms in character pub. Lots of nearby dinning options and the pub serves a decent meal with late opening kitchen.

Thank you for taking the time to provide some feedback. There was a MotorGP event at Silverstone on that particular weekend and the prices reflect this. The room you occupied was over the pub area however given the extreme heat we are experiencing the kitchen smells can be found along that section of the hotel. It is great to hear you thought our hotel is lovely and appreciate your feedback.

Exceptional staff
I stayed during the week and was mainly in the hotel room as I was working there. The room was nice and modern, with a desk, I could use to work. The bathroom is also very nice. - Best of all was the staff. No matter the time of day, the staff was very helpful, polite, and switched on. The receptionist gave us a fantastic welcome, the head cleaner got it organized that the room was turned into a twin. The staff in the restaurant was fantastic and really caring. I enjoyed my stay very much.
