Hotel was perfect for my needs. Floor in shower was very cracked and aerial for bbc was not good but everything else was fine. Used the restaurant and the starter that i had was excellent.

Great hotel
This hotel was booked to break up a long drive. It was good value for money, very clean with professional and welcoming staff. We arrived late and left early and there were staff available and nothing was too much trouble. My only criticism (and I'm clutching at straws here!) was that the floorboards are creaky so I was worried about waking people on the floor below us as we were up early to leave. The room had everything we needed for an overnight stay. For the price it was excellent value for money and I would confidently book this again. Travelling on my own with my son I felt safe here and it was really convenient for the motorway without being noisy. Great hotel.

The room smelt of sewage as if the drains had backed up, the aircon in the room couldn’t be altered so had to have the window open as the room got Hot. The staff were friendly and polite once they turned up on the desk.

Fine for a quick overnight stay.
The staff were really friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel room needed a repaint and was quite tired in places (the loo seat had seen better days!) but it was clean and comfortable. There was no hair dryer or iron in the room and they only provide one towel per person (though there were two bath towels in the twin room I stayed in). I would at least expect a hand towel per person, and I’ve never been to a hotel where this isn’t provided before. From checking other reviews after my stay this is a standard procedure but one that needs to be changed in my opinion.

Good stay with exception of old and tired mattress
The stay was pleasant, the site clean and staff were friendly. The only let down was an uncomfortable night sleep on which was clearly a well used old mattress which was bumpy with hard uneven springs pushing through.

Good hotel. Friendly staff at reception. Room clean. Shower good. It had a restaurant and it serves food in the evening. Choices are limited. However across the road is a Harvester.

Generally good for a short stay. Room clean and decent size. Hotel staff were lovely and happy to help. Negatives are the breakfast (very dry and luke warm) and the shower curtain which almost wraps around you as you have a shower. Otherwise fine and very convenient for Silverstone.

The booking process was seamless, staff are friendly. My room was clean & comfortable. What I did not like is the hotel introduced a new £50 deposit on check in , they do not disclose that your deposit will be refunded after 14 days. The hotel should be very clear on this.
