This property is in a lovely location. Very convenient for our stay. The room was very clean, and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast has a great selection for all. The only fault is the exterior was very tired and a bit messy.

Lovely and clean, staff so helpful and kind. Food ok, breakfast had lots of choice! Pool clean, easy to park, slight error with charges to room but front desk staff super efficient and sorted straight away.

Friendly staff, very clean and the food was really good. The sofa bed in room 139 was very uncomfortable, we had to move my daughter to another room. Otherwise the general experience was really good.

Great hotel, very clean rooms and comfortable. Not much interaction with staff. However be warned. Checking out before 6am here is no staff. Last time I checked our staff outside smoking I guess only came in as I raised my voice. Checked out today same thing. Raised my voice no one came. So I wrote a note to say I’ve checked out 5am and left keycard

Lovely convenient location. Easy to get to. Kids friendly. Wonderful friendly staff. Some work taking place around the building but no noise and safe. Rooms need upgrading the sofa bed is single and wasn’t safe as one ends with pressure would semi collapse and the safe in the room wasn’t working.

Good for pool, breakfast and service
We liked the pool. The grown-ups like the jacuzzi and the sauna. The main bed was comfortable, but the sofa-bed was a bit saggy. There was a good choice of tasty food for breakfast. The free juice and water in the lobby was a welcoming touch. I particularly liked the fact that when I asked about the Very Important Kids promotion - which wasn't initially offered - the staff were quick to find goody-bags for the children. We also liked the fact that there was a children's area - with books and games to play - but the choice was quite limited and some parts were missing from some of the games. Although we booked a room for two adults and two children, there were only two mugs in the tea-and-coffee tray. There were also no hot chocolate sachets. But as soon as we mentioned this to reception, they were quick to bring extra mugs and hot chocolate sachets to our room.

Disappointing
Very disappointed that the breakfast finishes at 9.30am to early for those staying for a break. Feel that it is mostly for business trips. Tv did not work as for elderly guest not very good having early close for breakfast and tv which they like to watch. Being r egg minded by the kitchen staff we only had 7 mins to get breakfast before the stop serving. Very rude..

The staff were lovely, cannot fault them at all. Breakfast was good . Hotel itsself was dated. Pool was cold, hot tub was cold. Rooms well 'compact' beds were old / lumpy. Duvets did not fill the sheets. There was alot of of noise at night. There was a function going on that we was not aware of which kept us awake to the early hours. The nighy before peolle were arguing outside our bedroom door. Constant doors banging in corridors. Carpark was like a boy rarers meet on a Saturday night. Would not stay again

Thank you for your feedback Stacey, i am very sorry aspects of your stay were below expectations. The pool and spa being cold is an odd one, they needs to be above 30 degree's, it is noticeable if they are not and i will check the temperature today. The hotel does have parties but the expectations is that this will not effect guests who are not attending, this is something i will address with the events team today. Guest arguing in the corridor is not something we tolerate, there is numerous signs asking guest to mind the noise levels. The rooms are for rest and relaxation, it is not somewhere to argue or have robust conversations.

Even after a little noise from a room next door, the staff couldn't do more for us and even offered us a complimentary breakfast and full refund. Thank you so much for brilliant service. Room was clean and food was excellent. Would stay again.

Worst hotel over bookend and gave twin room when double room was booked. Just to fine biscuit crumbs in the bed rejected by someone and then passed down

Poor service on check in.
Was not checked into the correct rooms even though we had paid the premium supplement. Breakfast was awful as the restaurant could not keep with demand. Overall the place looked shabby and needed some refurbishing an improving. Will take a lot to make me stay there again. Avoid if possible.
