The house is rustic and its decor and facilities hark back to the 1970s, but it is in excellent state and the garden is large and very pleasant. The local area offers plenty of opportunities for walks or just chilling out, and the Yorkshire Dales are very close by for those who enjoy its charms. ##### Ivan M. The setting is so picturesque with fields all around, birds singing morning and evening, and sheep with spring lambs nearby. Mary is a very thoughtful host who left us milk when we arrived and brought a pudding during our stay. ##### James T. The cottage is set in proper countryside and was the perfect getaway to relax and chill out. The whole family enjoyed our stay and experienced the quite countryside, and the weather was good too. Our host Mary was so helpful and made us feel so welcome. Thank you Mary ☺️ ##### Khalil R.
