I expected more (given their reputation and price)
My room key stopped working twice, so I had to go to the main desk to reset it.
I asked for a wake up call one day at 6am: the call never came. Fortunately, I woke up by myself, otherwise I'd be late for a very important meeting.
I couldn't get cold water in the sink: only hot (or at best warm) water was coming out.
Most staff was very professional, but one particular concierge was quite rude: he was visibly annoyed before he even started talking with me, and for no good reason got more annoyed while talking with me. [I was simply asking for a restaurant recommendation.] Maybe he just had a bad day...
While none of these things (except for the wake up call) are so terrible, one does expect more from a hotel of this category.
