An excellent place to stay, very helpful staff especially Jodie on waitressing, our room was very hot but I turned the radiator down so easy fix, a running water noise from the heating I think all night in room 25, so apart from that would have been 5 stars….I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Very dissatisfied.
Friendly receptionist. Bar staff did not engage at all. Sub standard room compared to previous stay. Bathroom was dirty and very cramped. Restaurant meal was poor. Stale bread, pureed veg passed as soup, rosti was raw, black pudding was mush. Staff spent the evening moaning about shifts, (was interesting, but not what you wanted to hear when eating). A better standard was expected for the price we paid.
