Small but well designed and airy

Posted 08-Jul-2016
Pros: Bright, airy, clean well designed room Fantastic sea view Delicious breakfast
Cons: Better WiFi connection
For a short break this hotel was excellent - small room but wonderfully bright and airy, didn't feel at all claustrophobic - we had en suite sea view and it was the best sea view we've ever had - didn't have that damp feel you sometimes get on the south bay, when we did get wet ( this is scarborough so pretty inevitable) clothes dried surprisingly quickly - good breakfast choice and good quality Only had to mark down as WiFi didn't work much but I think that was due to position Would definitely recommend

Location: town of scarbrough south side brillent for familey has every thing for kids ,
weather was the worse for years however more than enough to do around and in scarbrough not to dampen are break if anything made for better injoyment,,

Pros: the hotel was in a good location it was centrel for the town and also the attractions of this seaside resort I also went for a sea view lovely veiws
Cons: the room was suppose to be a double but it was very small more like a single I do not think I could have spent more than the one night in there
Location: there is always plenty to do there is the sea life centre the miniature railway lots of places to eat plenty of walks and of course the lovley beach
there was parking outside the hotel with a permit witch was good there was free internet conection the breakfast was very good the owners were very nice

Brilliant views, saw seals swimming in morning

Posted 25-Feb-2016
Pros: Breakfast Views Welcome
Cons: Cold in room. Would benefit from secondary glazing as condensation problem and be a bit warmer. Visited in Feb when it was snowing, -2 outdoors
Location: Enjoy a walk on the north beach especially on a bright crisp winter's day
Ideal spot to visit all sights. We're both reasonably fit so as its at top of hill, may be an issue if not in car or not good on pins. As earlier, brilliant views over the bay Welcomed by owners Brilliant breakfast, set us up for the day
