Impressive stay
The owners were very friendly , the room was spacious clean, comfortable with everything required for our stay . Breakfast was excellent and the owner/chef even shared tips on preparation of various items.would definitely return and would recommend to friends and family. A credit to Harrogate😊

A lovely small B & B well situated in Harrogate and within walking distance of Harrogate station & town centre. Friendly welcome and a nice room. Cereal, fruit and yoghurt, along with fruit juices laid out for breakfast . Then a choice of a cooked breakfast . Or just poached eggs or scrambled eggs . Whatever you ask for was no trouble to them. Even vegetarian breakfast. Will definitely be staying here again when we visit Harrogate

Best B&B in Harrogate
Fantastic B&B establishment on the edge of the town centre. Friendly& accommodating hosts. Great breakfast. Spotlessly clean with all facilities that one would require. Parking on street with a permit provided by hotel. Thoroughly enjoyable stay, would definitely stop there again and recommend without hesitation.

First class B&B
3 night stay at the Germinian, Michael & Denys were excellent hosts, our room was light and airy, hot water was plentiful ad the bed very comfy. Breakfast was wow! wonderful, nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you for making or first stay in your wonderful city a pleasant experience.

Fantastic stay.
Beautiful house, really comfortable with a yummy breakfast. This is so close to centre it was amazing. Parking permit available so able to park next to accomidation. Thank you Mike and Denise.

Greeted by owner on arrival. Given all information needed. Beautiful clean room. Told to ask for room service if needed, otherwise no on enters your room to lower the chance of the spread of COVID. Lovely breakfast buffet of fresh fruit and cereals. Cooked breakfast made to order. Everything you need in a bed and breakfast. Will most definitely return.

What a lovely guest house. Michael and Denise couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast was delicious anything you wanted you just had to ask and if they had it you had it also. Would recommend it, so handy for town only a couple of minutes walk away.

Absolutely brilliant. It is so central to everything and the owners were so friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast and parking right outside. Definitely recommend this place.

Excellent, could not rate it highly enough. Comfortable, very clean, great hosts and a very good location. Would not stay anywhere else when visiting Harrogate or surrounding area. If only all guest houses adopted this standard.

Fantastic accommodation. The owners were friendly, informative, and professional. Great cooked breakfast to start the day with other choices available if that's not your thing. Stayed in a twin room which was in great condition and very comfortable. Guest parking permits are available so you can park right outside the guesthouse.

A very comfortable and covid safe stay. Central to Harroage centre and to the Turkish restaurant we love. Host was very friendly and informative and kept within covid rules and regs. Accommodation was excellent.

We enjoyed our brief stay at Geminian, the environment was spotless, the hosts warm and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. All Covid-19 guidelines were adhered to including hand sanitizer being provided and social distancing.
