We have stayed here before and like the ambiance. The room allocated to us was an upgrade but unfortunately the window was wide open, the room was cold and the heating wasn't very good. Scarborough is Yorkshire's largest seaside resort, welcoming in tons of visitors each year. The welcoming coastal town boasts everything you could want from a holiday resort. In addition to the pristine sandy beach, there's a well-kept harbour and a picturesque rocky headland. The town isn't starved of historical attractions, either. There's an 11th-century castle to visit, and some glorious Japanese landscaped gardens at Peasholm Park.
