Very nice hotel and excellent value for money.
My room cost £35 for a double, which was upgraded to a 'king-size' on my arrival (as there were not many other guests). The manager was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was extremely spacious and well equipped, with a comfortable bed, desk, sofa and a very good radio / alarm. My only concern was that the radiators did not appear to be on, and that the Wi-Fi signal was extremely poor, meaning that I could not work in my room (in fairness to the management, it was mentioned that there was Wi-Fi is the public areas of the hotel, so my comment here is probably not surprising, and this is meant more as a suggestion than a criticism.
There were a few things that we not working properly; most importantly 3 out of the 6 bulbs on the ceiling lamp were not working.
