"Excellent position in Glasgow to visit O2 and SECC"
Staff extremely courteous and friendly especially in the restaurant where nothing was too much trouble. Food was particularly good and the added bonus was that we could take our two small dogs into the bar.
My two friends and I stayed in the family room with 4 single beds (which was huge) and were very happy with our stay. We had a great big window with a view of the street. The bathroom tiles were SUPER slippery though, almost wiped out a few times!

I stayed at the Belhaven for 2 nights as I was in Glasgow for the U2 concert and to see a friend. I didn't want to spend too much money but needed somewhere central. This hotel was perfect for eating places, Kelvingrove and the city centre. It was very comfortable, quiet and clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the breakfast was lovely. With the amazing concert, The Belhaven helped to make my Glasgow experience a truly memorable one.

3rd time staying. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. spa treatment at short notice, available and staff respectful and professional.
Room very comfortable, unfortunately, upgrading work in hotel noisy above us. This was fed back on checkout, our breakfast cost was kindly refunded.
Breakfast available with a lot to choose from. However, despite mentioning that we required gluten free menu, this wasnt made available to us. After 2nd request for toast and sausages, we received. It appeared to be a lack of staff available for service or members of staff new to the job and under going training? On the positive, a male member of staff was working very hard and was polite, helpful and appeared to be working 2 areas, very good customer service observed and received.
