My husband and I stayed here for four nights after our wedding and were very pleased with the experience. The room we had was great, we ate in the bar for two nights and had room service on a third. The hotel is in a really good location, 10 minute drive to the Snowdon Railway, or 15 minutes in the other direction to Caernarfon which is a lovely town with the castle. We would definitely stay again.

Very warming homely hotel.

Pros: The location, the comfort, the breakfasts are fantastic.
Cons: Very difficult to point a finger at where it could be improved.
Location: The location is well situated for exploring the National Park, Castles, Stately homes and sea side towns.
This hotel is an excellent place to stay, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Myself and my wife enjoyed our stay and it felt a little sad when we left.

Great level of hospitality!

Pros: This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in the UK in a long time. Staff were very friendly and professional. Great level of hospitality.
Cons: Fresher paint on the walls, unless they want it to look like "shabby chic"...
Location: Great location to go to Bangor and discover Snowdonia. Great for outdoor activities.
We warned we would check in late i.e. around midnight. We received very warm, smiley and professional welcome as if we had arrived at old friends' house. Each bedroom is apparently named after a Welsh castle, which is a good idea. Although the hotel looks massive, it still felt nicely warm and cosy wherever we were. Impressive heating system obviously! Very good wi-fi connection in all parts and bedroom. The room was large with a great king size bed, with very nice bed linen. Shame that a couple of pillow cases had a few subtle black stains (possibly hard to remove but these should not been put on the pillow). Otherwise quality of bed linen, towels and bathrobes was impeccable. Our room had a small balcony view onto the river was a real delight, the bathroom was massive and very well equipped. Food served at breakfast was delicious, cooked fresh and generously served. We did not have time to enjoy the indoor swimming pool, but it looked amazing and was apparently very popular. We shall definitely return!! Our experience in North Wales (even if only 2 days) felt like a mini holiday.

Comfortable quiet hotel with great facilities

Posted 26-Jan-2016
Seiont Manor Hotel is in a quiet, picturesque location which is easy to find and is only about a 20-30 minute drive to most major sights/attractions nearby. The facilities in our room were clean, the room size was considerable and the balcony overlooking a stream was a bonus! The breakfast included in our room rate offered a nice selection of continental food, and dinner in the restaurant was pleasant.

The Perfect Hotel

Having to stay an extra two days due to a car incident, the staff could not have more caring or better in any way. They are true ambassadors for the hotel.

A fab hotel, highly recommended!

Pros: The location and atmosphere, friendly staff and excellent service.
Location: Nearby is the beautiful town of Caernarfon where the castle is a must see. We also visited Harlech, Criccieth and Conwy.
I stayed at Seiont Manor with my mum on a short trip to North Wales. It was situated in a very peaceful area, about 10mins (by car) from Caernarfon. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room spacious and comfortable and food excellent. The small pool and sauna was a lovely addition, especially nice to relax in after a long day exploring the local countryside and heritage attractions. The breakfast included a full continental buffet, with the option of hot food cooked to order. You also a the choice of two restaurants for evening meals. We ate in the bar area on two nights as the atmosphere was a bit more relaxed and food not quite so pricey.
