Just to clarify a number of points raised in this review. It states no towel change took place – the towels we hung on the towel rail and there is a sign in the bathroom stating if you do NOT want fresh towels, please hang them on the towel rail. Bedsheets are not changed daily unless guest’s asks for this to be done, only stayed 2 nights. 2 bottles of water and a bottle of orange juice were in the room on day of arrival, 2 bottles of water placed when room was serviced. Sometimes there are two very different sides to a review.
