Brilliant!!
Had a wonderful time at Bryn Woodlands, staff were very friendly and brilliant with the children, we had a family room which was 2 rooms with 2 bathrooms, 2 tvs, perfect for 2 adults 2 children. The beds were really comfortable. Breakfast had everything we needed and they catered to the children’s needs too. Overall we had a great time.

The house had beautiful wallpaper and bright colors and our oom was cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent too!

As a single traveller without a car I found the evening meal options limited and one night there was a very noisy group of young people in the church grounds by the B&B late in to the evening. Neither of which were the fault of the proprietors who were very welcoming. The rooms are all individually decorated to a high standard and I particularly liked the spacious bathroom with a great shower. The bed was very comfortable and I liked having a separate couch in the room and a decent sized Smart television with uTube. Breakfasts are cooked to order, well presented and very tasty. I would definitely stay here again.

Cracking little B&B. I only stayed one night but thoroughly enjoyed my time. Joel & Tracey are perfect hosts and a mine of local knowledge. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and breakfast was good and plentiful. Absolutely nothing to complain about. I'll stay again when in the area.

Lovely guest house would recommend
The owners were so welcoming, showed us to our room and it was lovely start to our stay in Colwyn Bay. The property is very well kept and clean. We had a great nights sleep in a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was served with a smile and was delicious.

Over night stay.
Although we only stayed one night, we had a lovely welcome on arrival. Joel & Tracey are lovely people . We had a very pleasant stay. The room decor is a little dated , however we had all the usual toiletries, fresh towels & tea/coffee facilities. The bed was very comfy slept like a log . Woke to a lovely breakfast , self service displayed really nice I personally don't eat a cooked breakfast had fresh fruit and yoghurt. We would definately stay again and recommend to others visiting Colwyn Bay area.

Friendly owners who did everything to make your stay perfect. Comfy beds very quiet and peaceful. Delicious breakfast cooked by tge owner , great food ! Good location near to the resurants and pubs / bars. 5 minute walk to Conwy beach. Safe to walk. Next to shops as well. Perfect stay.

Lovely traditional guest house.
Only stayed one night. Weather very hot so fan in bedroom very welcome. Comfortable twin beds, plenty of choice at breakfast. We started with fresh fruit salad and yogurt. Near to plenty of dinner options. The church bells can be heard. Don’t know why they can’t be silenced overnight.

Great B&B, very welcoming and friendly staff. The room was well equipped, very clean and had everything we need for a one night stay. The only negative (and there's nothing the property can do about it) but the seagulls crowing throughout the night didn't make for a great night's sleep. Breakfast was fantastic.

We felt really lucky to have found Bryn Woodlands, it was a lovely and friendly place to stay. Good Covid-19 procedures. The room was extremely comfortable and very nicely decorated, with lots of nice touches. For example, I always appreciate places which provide flannels. We hadn't booked breakfast but they were very happy to organise this for us at an extremely reasonable price. Excellent range of food, really good portions and a full set of gluten free options were made available to me as well.

The house is awesome especially we were allocated a room with a window that I can lean half of my body out like in the movie. I love the environment so much and the host family is super nice, breakfast is nice and tasty too and it was a wonderful experience, wish i can return again

I cannot fault a single aspect of our stay at Bryn Woodlands, from our arrival to our departure Joel and Tracey could not have worked harder to make our stay a perfect one. By far the best hotel we have ever stayed in in this part of Wales.
