"Seaside Hotel is absolutely beautiful. Thoughtful decor and appliances make for a luxurious feel throughout the property. The location is incredible; there are so many restaurants within a 5 minute walk, easy access to the Spirit trail, and the view of downtown Vancouver is amazing. The guest service is excellent; any request we made was quickly and cordially fulfilled. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family, and hope to return next time I come to Vancouver! "This was my first time using VRBO and I have to say I was really impressed with the accuracy of the listing and accountability of the host - she was communicative, positive and a pleasure to deal with. The lane home being very clean and welcoming, a bit on the older side but very cozy and warm (North Van can get cold at night) not to mention being able to have my dog there with me with zero fuss from the host. Just an all round terrific experience which I will definitely repeat if the need arises. Thank you!"

"We spent 3 nights at Howie’s Retreat. He is a marvellous host. Warm, welcoming and personable. The unit itself is spacious, comfortable and clean. There is not a single thing that Howie has not provided for your comfort. If it isn’t there, you don’t need it. If anything isn’t right, he will go out of his way to fix it in a timely manner. Nothing is too much trouble. The decor is lovely too. A real home away from home. A perfect little nest for when you are not out exploring the area. Great place, great guy!"
