Every member of staff we met were warm and friendly and the cooked breakfast was superb. Appledore is such a lovely destination and a stay at the Royal George makes it all the more special. Always the same high standard. This is the vacation “local” pub that you wish your village had. And so reasonably priced for the service and quality. "
