"Beautiful condo- very clean and well appointed! Sunset Cove is a very nice complex: the pool and pool bar was such a fun place to congregate and the cove is peaceful with calm, gentle waters- perfect for our toddler and older guests alike! "Great place to stay. The frontage is rocky so it is not easy to walk right into the ocean but there is a ladder off the pier to enter for snorkeling. Rum Point is just around the corner- can walk on the beach or road to get to it and is a lot calmer and out of the wind. I would say the only negative was being farther away from a lot of the tourist things and snorkeling we wanted to do. "

"This is a good spot for a couple, as it has a lovely view of the sea from the lanai. My husband had had leg surgery 7 weeks prior, so we made good use of the exercise room and the pool for morning physio therapy. With a friendly smile, the groundskeeper works tirelessly to keep the property spotless. In fact, he was just one of many truly lovely people that we met during our one week stay. We do 2 Caribbean vacations each year and we think that this was possibly the friendliest atmosphere we have encountered. This includes locals and expats. Everyone wanted to make our stay the best it could be. It was a nice feeling.The little beach area was perfect for us, never having to fight for a beach chair! We never missed a sunset.Unfortunately, we had a severely windy week that cancelled our bioluminescence tour and kept us from doing as much snorkelling as we’d like, but this point is part of a marine protected area, making it a great spot for snorkelling. We got in 3 snorkels and saw a spotted eagle ray, green turtles, porcupine fish, a big mutton snapper, lionfish (unfortunately), lots of the usual reef species and stingrays on the nearby sandbar.We will be back to do more snorkeling and to get that bioluminescence tour in!"

"The place was perfect with the exception of being one bedroom. Based on the photos we thought it was two bedrooms, but there is a couch sofa. Its also not walking distance to the tourist areas or shops. It was normally a 30 minute commute to our activities. The place was very modern and clean. The host was friendly and responded promptly with all messages. I would highly recommend for a small family, solo trip, or couples trip. "

"This property has many positives and a few negatives. On the positive side, the location was great and the size of the house worked out perfect for our group of 13\. We loved the pool and enjoyed the ocean. They provided plenty of towels and it was great to have two washer/dryers to wash beach towels. The property also provides plenty of outdoor seating which was wonderful. A few negatives would include items that were broken or not working. We tried to not let it impact our trip, but we did have to go buy ice every day for example. There were some broken chairs, missing light bulbs, cracks in the kayaks, not enough garbage cans outside, ... You will definitely want to bring storage containers (or ziplocs) for leftovers as there were none. With all of this said, our group agreed we would potentially stay there again."
