"We had a fabulous day at the President Hotel. The hotel was lovely and clean and spotless. We really enjoyed our day. The reception staff was so welcoming. Callum was amazing. Can I also point out that Ian in the restaurant went above and beyond he was also outstanding. Breakfast and evening meal we’re both great we really enjoyed it."

"We stayed at The Carlton Best Western Hotel Blackpool. Hotel was spotless, comfortable and the staff were lovely, very helpful , nothing was too much trouble for them. It is in a prime spot for buses, trams & taxis. Its also only a short walk into town centre. I would definitely be retaining in the near future."

"Cannot fault the hotel at all, due to United utilities works near the hotel we had no hot water for a couple of days and for our inconvenience we were given the use of another room for showering and a partial refund of our stay as well as free evening meals, which we declined. So they went out of their way to apologise for something that wasn't their fault. The room was ample for our requirements and the buffet breakfast was fantastic with plenty to choose from. Any staff we had an interaction with were very pleasant and friendly. We enjoyed our stay so much I have just booked for the same time next year. "
