Good for short stay. Surrounding nature was great
Design of the place is very interesting but seems like it’s hayday has been few yesrs back. One night stay was a very good option and if you don’t expect a lot (nordic minimalism is your thing) it will be great. Room seemed a bit dated with stained carpet and torn drape but at least it was very quiet as long as someone is not moving with suitcases or slamming doors. Maybe because our room was on far end of the corridor it was a bit below standard. Breakfast was ok except sour coffee. I thing views in some room might be the high point as you will see Oresund nicely and Swedish coast in the distance. Walk around estate and forrest is reccomended but getting to the beachwill be troublesome. If it’s a stop on the way somewhere it will be great, but it wouldn’t be my choise for longer stay unless you'll be mostly outside.

Excellent location! Very poor in service, facilities and amenities. there was not even a phone in the room and every time i wanted to contact the front desk i had to go there, no elevator, bad internet connection due to faulty routers, nowhere to eat in the hotel with the only close place to eat at a 20 minutes walking distance. Bad accessibility with countless stairs and no elevators, not disables' friendly

Great hotel, not so expensive...
Usually for me there are 3 most important things to rate hotel I’ve stayed in, not counting right location, of course. In this case location is ok, not far from town centre and with great views of Helsingborg, Sweden...over calm waters of sound. As we didn’t spend a lot of time in a hotel, actually it was only overnight stay hence there’s not much I can tell about whole hotel, only 3 important things, let’s call it 3 B’s. Bed...it was ok, not the best, but still I’d call it nice. 4/5 Bathroom...clean, enough space, nothing to complain about. 4,5/5 Breakfast...all right, this is where I’ve expected a bit more in hotel like this. I know Danish people have healthy lifestyle etc, but even for these marks I’d call it very plain and simple breakfast I had. 2 years ago we’ve spent a night over the sound in Helsingborg and breakfast there was like a day against the night comparing to this. I give 2,5/5. Nice, friendly and helpful staff as You could expect elsewhere in Scandinavian countries. Overall 7,5-8 out of 10. Do recommend it and probably will stay here again, soon.

It was necessary to climb 2 different flights of stairs to get into the building and then to get to our room. This was difficult with luggage.

Remote location, no air con, noisy
A very minimalist Scandinavian convention centre first, accomodation second. The property is set up as distinct buildings, so there was a bit of a trek from check-in reception to the room. There are no fans or air conditioning in the rooms so was a bit stuffy during a warm summers afternoon. The location is not really close to anything, and receives large tour groups probably as an alternative to staying in Copenhagen. The bathrooms are newly renovated with rainfall shower heads so that was a plus. Rooms are not well sound proofed though - was kept up by tour groups arriving later in the evening and yelling into their telephone in the hallways. Suitable for basic overnight stays.

This hotel is basically a conference center that makes excess rooms available to the public. It is a large facility and the hotel rooms are in seperrate buildings. The rooms are small but comfortable and well appointed. The included breakfast is especilly good. Only drawback is that is about 2 km from town .

A good place to stay but far from town.
The hotel is part if a large conference center set on a beautiful property - though it is about 2 kilometers from town - not easily walkable. The rooms are in buildings not connected to the main building where the lobby and breakfast facility are located. The breakfast is first rate. The rooms themselves are comfortable. The shower with both overhead and hand nozzles Is great . The bed and bedding are fine and there is a good sized closet for storage. There was some construction going on and the power was off during the day - though with adequate notice,

The hotel is 30 miles away from the city center, with nothing around. So it is a very expensive cab ride. The room was barely furnished without air conditioner and the window would only open a small amount. The room was far from the reception desk. Had to drag the luggage across cobble stones to get to the room after arriving late at night. The check out time the next day was 10am. The buffet breakfast had a large selection but the coffee taste like instant. The staff the next day was friendly and helpful. The grounds were beautiful and there was a partial view of a strait from the restaurant that you could only see from outside.

It's a conference hotel that is a 30-40 min walk from the centre of the town. Bus only once an hour in the evenings/weekends. Great if you have a car, not so great location if relying on public transportation. Breakfast is canteen style, including cleaning your own table and putting plates and cutlery away. Overall, felt more like a student dorm or a hostel than a hotel. Would not stay here again.

Wow!!!! Beautiful grounds, friendly staff and such amazing artwork and architecture! We loved it so much we stayed an extra night! Oh, and you can get free bikes for a lovely ride into centrum and the castle!

Nice, but long way to room

Nice quiet area but not much nearby apart from the beach. Restaurant closed by 8pm which I wasn't told so had to drive into the town to find something to eat. Good breakfast.

Unusual facility fot me. Felt like it was a cross between a dorm room and a hostel. The grounds were beautiful but reminded me of a convent or monastery. Lots of rooms for rent with hardly any parking near the rooms. Our shower had lots of mold growing, dust and dirt buildup in the corners, and the room smelled like it had not been used in a long time. I wished I would have stayed in the upscale hotel on the beach in town for about the same price.

Beautiful venue on the north coast of Denmark
It's a conference site, but in a beautiful area. There's a golf course next door and a beautiful view across the water to Sweden. The only downside is that I had to go out a couple evenings for dinner since there weren't any conferences those nights. Fortunately the golf course next door had a simple restaurant.

A lovely location and a relaxing stay
Came to Denmark to race in the 70.3 kronborg. The hotel was in the perfect location near enough to the race village. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were perfectly sized and comfortable. The location was perfect and peaceful, simple enough to get to. A lovely stay that makes we want to come back!

Nice Setting for Family away from the city
Basic room with nice view and nice outdoor space. It is about 10 minutes from the village center with limited food service, unless you like buffets. Nice staff, but a bit of a basic place. Good for families or conferences or people that like the outdoors. The setting is truly beautiful. There are limited options in this neck of the woods!

Great place for independent travellers
This is technically a convention centre but was a great place to stay. Four single cyclists enjoyed four clean very comfortable single rooms. The grounds and views were beautiful. Breakfast was excellent in a great dining room and the free coffee and fruit available all day were much appreciated. The place is about 2 miles out of town.
