"Breakfast was scrambled eggs with bits of hard stuff (not sure what it was) in them, burnt pieces; French toast was overdone, could not cut with a fork; the potatoes were undercooked. This was an issue on all three mornings we were there. The front desk staff insisted we pay the pet fee “in cash” and they were very reluctant to give a receipt for this - said they always collect this in cash with no receipt - we requested a receipt be typed on letterhead and given to us which it was done with...
