Newly remodeled and renovated, the apartment has a cozy and clean feel to it that all guests could enjoy. This apartment is a 10-minute walk away from the Warm Mineral Spring Fountain of Youth. It has driveway access as well as a backyard that has an entrance to the stream that flows behind it. I didn’t need a fancy hotel, just a clean comfortable place to recharge each night. This was the spot! Quiet neighborhood, close to shopping and restaurants, and quick access to the major highways. The bed is really comfortable, and the kitchenette was a real bonus. I enjoyed sitting on the front porch and listening to the wildlife, and chatting up the neighbors as they took their evening stroll. It's not that it was bad, we were expecting something that looked like the pictures. Anne was very nice, she called to check with us as to when we would be arriving and came to visit us after we checked in. The unit was adequately furnished with kitchen items. We did have a problem with the bathroom sink drain. The drain needed to be plunged several times during our stay. The information we received in the email said that there would be filtered water in the refrigerator when we arrived and there wasn't. There was an almost empty roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. I sent an email to Elina at the office and didn't get a response. It was nice having the washer and dryer available along with detergent and fabric softener. The tv was placed on a dresser that was parallel to the bed. This made it awkward to watch tv. A better place would have been on the wall in front of the bed above the table instead of having a mirror on that wall. There wasn't any electrical outlet in the bathroom, so we had to get an extension cord so that we could use the hairdryer. It worked for us, just was a little bit different than what we had expected. ##### Joann S.
