Close to everything, but away from all the noise. 1760 sq. ft. under air with 2- car oversized garage. Inside laundry room with washer & dryer. French doors from master bedroom, living room area and family room. Large lanai that overlooks a beautiful wooded area with tall trees. Watch the sunrise sitting on the lanai with your 1st cup of coffee/tea. Easy access to I-75 and US 41, shopping, restaurants, and the conveniences of both Port Charlotte and North Port. This home offers plenty of privacy, spacious, split bedrooms, open floor plan to family room and dining room from the kitchen. Home also includes a washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen and a 50" flat screen TV in the family room. Every bedroom is equipped with ceiling fans. Also close to Golf Courses and beautiful beaches! It was well furnished. The owner was very accommodating, easy to contact and quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. We had no problems with the TV, or Wifi/Internet.
