The lovely staff member in the breakfast room greeted each person with a warm “good morning” as they walked through the door. What better way to start the day than with a genuine smile from a total stranger? To me, that simple gesture meant more than enough. The two drivers who picked me up from and dropped me off at the airport were also absolutely amazing. Thank you all for the outstanding service and for making my stay such a positive experience."
