Having glass in this area can cause the pool to be shut down and HOA can issue fines or cancel rental reservations for repeat offenders of this rule. ✓ HVAC Disclaimer: The Honeywell thermostat temperature control is locked with a range of 68 (low temp for AC) - 78 (high temp for heat). When the AC is running, please keep all doors and windows closed to keep the HVAC unit from freezing up. ✓ If any item is left behind and found by our cleaner we will notify you. If you want the item mailed we will ship at your cost plus any shipping material needed for packaging.
