Everything was as described the view was amazing. The rental was clean, and the kitchen was well stock with all the amenities. The bed were very comfortable as well. We had a great time in your condo. The location was perfect for shopping, eating, beach, pools really everything. The condo was nice and clean and had the basic amenities you would need while on vacation. Any communications I needed with our host were fantastic and addressed quickly. Because of being in a beach town there was obvious signs of a “well loved” condo but that’s to be expected when so many ppl are in and out in an ocean front condo. Based on price for this time of year I was expecting more. I later found very similar properties which were at least 100 less for two nights. We stayed in mid February. This unit is in need of some tinder loving care. Mostly in the bathroom. Bathroom will not lock nor even close. Toilet must be held down at 15 seconds to flush. Bathroom ceiling needs to be replaced and don’t think about taking two normal showers without waiting 45 minutes unless you want a cold shower. Bare essentials throughout. Bear in mind the unit is bi level. Also, watch for fees after booking. I can say about advertising on this property that is true is that the view is outstanding. Also we did get the door code 30 minutes early and having an ice maker was nice. We have stayed in 50 states and have never broken or hurt anything. ##### Norma I.
