Coastal Charm is an elegant new 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home located at 805 Hillside Drive South in North Myrtle Beach. This luxurious beach vacation home is beautifully decorated with charm and beauty to make a pleasant and memorable vacation! This 3004 sq. ft. home has tremendous space for family fun including a game room with TV, a game room with a pool table, and a new private pool with a fenced in back yard. This spacious home can sleep 12\. When you enter this rental, a few steps up the gorgeous hard wood floors takes you to the 2nd floor where there are 3 of the 4 bedrooms and the game room. On the street side is a queen bedroom with a TV and balcony access. There is a jack-and-jill bathroom with double sinks and a tub and shower combination that is shared with another bedroom with 2 twin bunks and TV. One of the master suites is also on this floor. This master has a king bed, balcony access to the pool side, TV, and a master bath with a walk-in shower. On the third floor is the open living area, kitchen area, another master suite that faces the street side, half bath, and large balcony that overlooks the pool. The spacious living area has a TV, sectional couch (with double size sleeper), and fireplace. The tremendous kitchen area has a stylish table that seats 10 and a kitchen island with 4 bar stools. All of the appliances in the kitchen are new and include a Keurig and a ice machine. Pots, pans, cooking utensils, and all you should need to prepare a meal are handy. The kitchen sliding door opens onto the open balcony where there is a table for dining that overlooks the pool. The master suite has a king bed, TV, and master bath with double sinks and a walk-in shower. Also available are 2 twin cots, a queen blow-up mattress, a high chair, a pack-and-play, a baby bath seat, and an outside shower. There is a washer and dryer, free WiFi, and free parking (5 cars). A carbon monoxide detector is also in this rental. A gas grill is available for your use. The garage has plenty of room to keep your beach equipment and a golf cart, if you decide to rent one. Coastal Charm is the best rental we have ever stayed in. There was plenty of room for all ten of us. The kids loved the pool and the pool table. The beds are very comfortable. Most comfortable bed I’ve slept in besides mine in years! We also loved the backyard layout. There is plenty of shaded space but plenty of sun too. There are electrical outlets and a nice outdoor shower.The kitchen is huge and was plenty of space for our family of 4\. Everything you could possibly need to cook in the kitchen is there. Crock pot, instant pot, blenders, kitchenaid mixer, pots and pans, etc. All in good condition. There is even a nugget ice maker! The bedroom sizes are wonderful. Large with plenty of dresser and closet space. Plenty of extra bedding. The washer and dryer work awesome! So simple to use and the dryer is super quick! The balcony is the length of the whole house and is a great place to relax. The showers are clean. The water stays hot and the pressure is great, even with multiple showers going, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. The check in and check out process was a breeze. The garage is huge with plenty of space for beach toys and two cars. Minor issues with stains on sheets and some trash still left on the balcony. Maintenance came right away and fixed issues though. Would definitely recommend as long as you don’t mind stairs. There are 14 stairs when you first enter from the front door. And then 18 stairs to get from main floor to upper floor. 3 stairs to get in from garage. The house is lovely and perfectly decorated and stocked. Our kids loved the pool and pool table. We had an AC issue and Seaside had someone at the house in ten minutes and the issue was quickly fixed. The location is close to the beach. Only have 2 suggestions: a garage fridge for guest use. Hauling a cooler with drinks Up and down 3 flights of stairs is a lot doing it daily. Secondly this was our 4th stay at a MB Vrbo and the onlyOne that did not have some beach supplies. The last place we stayed provided a wagon, multiple chairs and umbrellas etc. it is a pain to pack and bring those items, although we did bc we knew it wasn’t provided but if you flew in, you would not have any of those items available. This was a great vacation and a great house and we definitely Would stay here again. It was spacious, clean and lovely. ##### Jamie B. The pictures are spot on what you see in them Is what you get. Everything in the home is well Thought out. Lots of bowls and dishes and mugs. Perfect if you have a huge family. Just right if you have a small group of people, no one felt like they had to sit on top of each other. The beds were great. The couch set up was comfy. The dinner on the back patio was great. The pool was amazing. We paid for the heated pool and generally it was enough every now and then we could’ve used a few more degrees. but we never called to ask. The managers of the property Gives you a starter pack of some items, but you truly need to be ready to load up on paper products, toilet paper, hand soap, etc. Don’t forget your beach towels and beach chairs. For a property that allows pets. It did not give that stank pet feeling you can get in some properties. It’s thoroughly cleaned between every rental. If I had one criticism, perhaps it would be the stairs. You must be ready to use the stairs to go down the multiple levels. I hope one day, they are able to make the elevator available for renters. We will definitely be back. No matter what. Beautiful home . Exquisitely decorated. I can’t stop talking about this place. Proximity to the beach. Four minute walk. ##### Melody T.
