In multiple occassions prior to arrival the owner asked us if we'd be willing to only occupy one dwelling so that he could use the other. Just an incredible ask without even offering any type of new rate. There are multiple items in the listing that claim to be available but arent. Beach chairs (enjoy spending hundreds on those) and hair dryers. The outdoor shower and laundry looks like it be in a medium security prison. The pool is much more worn than it looks in the pictures. On the plus side the inside is very comfortable and the location is tremendous. I'd rate higher but the ask to share the property on multiple occasions was something I had never experienced and if it wasn't past the refund deadline I would have cancelled on the spot. ##### Jim L.
