Nestled in the heart of North Fort Myers, this charming vacation rental is your gateway to a tropical paradise. This spacious 3--bedroom, 2-bathroom home is your home away from home, where you can relax and unwind while enjoying a wide array of amenities.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open and bright living space. The well-equipped kitchen features all the essentials for preparing your favorite meals, and the dining area is perfect for family gatherings. The comfortable living room is ideal for relaxing after a day of fun in the sun. All the bedrooms offer cozy accommodations, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

The outdoor area is the real highlight of this property. The screened lanai is a tranquil spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. The backyard is lush and private, perfect for sunbathing, reading a book, or simply taking in the tropical atmosphere. The pool is heated.

You'll be just a short drive away from the beautiful Fort Myers beaches, where you can soak up the sun and swim in the warm Gulf waters. Enjoy the local restaurants and nightlife, or venture out to the nearby islands for a taste of true Florida adventure. We have 2 dock spots available, a 28ft space and an 18 foot space. We are located in a great boating area directly off of the Caloosahatchee River.

Every bedroom is equipped with a smart TV and ceiling fan. The Primary bedroom has an ensuite full bath and a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a trundle bed with a full bed on top and a pull out twin underneath.

Wonderful place to stay

Clean and beautifully updated home. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need for cooking just about anything. Sitting outside looking at the canal was very peaceful. The nicest property on the canal by far.

Really enjoyed our time at this rental. Been going to Fort Myers for years and haven't found a place to go back to, but I think we have now. Loved the pool, the house and the amenities, especially the ice machine. The neighborhood was quiet, and it was quick and easy to get to the house and to the stores and to the restaurants.

Amazing place!

Very clean and well kept. So much to do just a short drive away but plenty to do at the house if just looking to relax, or if it rains. Comfortable large living room, pool was used daily, bikes, lots of TVs and plenty of places to gather or sit down to read with different views of the canal. My husband loved how quiet the street was. We had the best week! Highly recommend!

Great place

The family and i had a great time. This place is beautiful it was super clean and comfortable. We had a great relaxing time. Amazing home with great water views. Pool was great as well. Host was very responsive and always available for any questions. I will recommend this place and host to anybody. I been staying in alot of vacation rental homes and so far this is the best one. Very nice and quiet place . 👍👍

We really enjoyed our stay at this updated, modern home. The property was very well kept and very clean. They had everything we needed, plus so much more. It was in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was awesome and we really enjoyed the back deck that overlooked the canal.

Thanksgiving ‘24

We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the house. We had an issue figuring out the hot water in a few sinks and master shower as it was opposite of what we are accustomed to and with the delay we just weren’t waiting long enough on the proper setting. The manager responded immediately and the owner sent a plumber over within a couple hours and the problem was solved. Pool was great and we loved the spacious kitchen for cooking a thanksgiving meal with our family. We also took advantage of the bikes and kayaks on the property!

Beautiful and clean home

Week long vacation- beautiful clean home. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Kids enjoyed fishing at the canal and swimming in the pool. Pool water was warm due to summer heat. Didn’t find a life jacket at the property but wish there was one for my son when he went kayaking. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Modern, Clean, Perfect

The home was perfect! It was incredibly clean. Everything was updated and very modern. The master bed was very comfortable. I loved how everything was written out for us right down to which light switches went to what. You have some great outdoor space, which you don't always get in Florida rental homes. We loved the outdoor TV. We watched the Tyson/James Paul fight from the pool. The hosts were very responsive. We had to change our dates due to hurricane Helene and they were very accommodating. Overall great experience. We'd definitely go back!

A gem of a property in a great location!

This property is newly remodeled beautifully! We loved that kayaks and bicycles were provided. The pool was a treat as well. We enjoyed kayaking down the canal into the river. The location made it easy to visit all the local farmers markets, including the one on Sanibel Island. You’ll also never run out of ice for cocktails and coolers with the huge ice machine. We look forward to visiting again!

Beautiful Property

This property is beautiful inside and out. The listing is exactly like it says. Our family of 5 took full advantage of everything we could. The outdoor area is gorgeous with plenty of space. The neighborhood is super safe and quiet. The interior is beautiful and so clean. We all slept great each night and enjoyed the sunny Florida weather. We will definitely be back.

Iowa spring break 2024

Love the property, we have stayed at several VRBO properties this one has everything that you would ever need. Very clean, quiet area, nice wide canal for renting a boat. Pool nice and warm, has fishing equipment, nice bikes, beach chairs, kayaks, coolers, and even a commercial ice maker. Everything that you can imagine. Thank you for sharing your house. The perfect rental in Fort Myers

This property was beautiful! From the comfortable welcoming interior to the Lanai and screened in pool. We enjoyed every part of it. My son really enjoyed being able to fish right off the dock at the house. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The ice machine and use of coolers made it so easy for us to get to our baseball games! This was such a perfect location for us as it was close to baseball, restaurants, and shopping. We will definitely be back the next time travel baseball brings us to Fort Myers!

Beautiful Home

We were so happy with this home. It's so clean & beautifully decorated. The pool was great & we spent all our time in it. The lights at night in the lanai were so cool & we really enjoyed sitting outside when the sun went down. The white deck area was my favorite part of the house. I spent a lot of time out there soaking up the sun. At night there is a green light in the water that attracts the fish. It was very relaxing to watch the fish swim around it & I swear they were chasing each other & playing. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place. If you get the chance, stay here. You will NOT be disappointed.

Great Property and Location

My partner and I had a great time staying at this property. The house was beautifully furnished and is a quick half hour drive from the airport and the nearest beaches. We mostly stayed outside on the lanai. The property manager was very responsive to texts. We texted to ask about the spa jets not working. We tried to trouble shoot, but unfortunately we couldn’t get them to work for us. The only other downside was there really wasn’t a kayak launch. It was a bit of a hassle for us to wrangle the kayaks down and out of the water from the dock- the tide/water might have been lower than usual. Overall it’s a beautiful property and was definitely worth the stay.

Spectacular Home

What an amazing stay we had at Rivers Edge!!! This home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood yet close to so many stores, we found the location to be just perfect. The home is was exceptionally clean, with all brand new appliances, furniture and was beautifully decorated. The house was very spacious and the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen had all the essentials and amenities, the owners thought of everything, including an ice machine in the garage that was much appreciated!! Our days were spent relaxing on the amazing backyard patio at the rivers edge or enjoying the beautifully heated pool. We also explored the river and waterways with the kayaks that were provided. Evenings were spent grilling or going to Sunset Harbor which had many restaurants/ bars and is within a 5 minute drive or if you are a boater you can take your boat there. Kate was super sweet and so very helpful with any questions we had regarding the home or recommendations. I must say this home will not disappoint, we are booking again next year. Thanks to the owners who thought everything to make our vacation truly memorable!

Wow!!!

Wow!! Is all I can say about this property!! It was exactly as pictured, and it was SO comfortable!! Sometimes when you stay in a rental, it never feels completely comfortable… but that was NOT the case here!! Between the cleanliness and amenities, this place was fantastic!! We’ll definitely be staying here again when we visit Fort Myers!! The place was almost too big for just my husband and I, but it gave us a really nice place to invite our couple of family members who lived in the area to visit during the days! My cousins even felt totally comfortable bringing their newborn over for some quiet relaxation! The pool was amazing, it was so nice that it was heated! The pool and pool area was very nice and clean! The screened in pool area gave you a great place to relax without any bugs! My only regret was that we didn’t start fishing right away! My husband caught an array of fish, right off the dock!! I wish I could attach pictures, but he caught Catfish, Snapper, Red Fish, Mojarro, and a Tarpon! Some may have been good luck, but it was SO MUCH FUN! We even caught a blue crab in the trap they had at the house! The marble patio by the dock was even nice for the mornings when the sun wasn’t quite in the pool and the evenings when you wanted to take advantage of the outdoor fire pit! I have nothing but positive things to say about our stay! Will most definitely be back! Thank you for offering a fantastic place to stay!!
