"First room the water wouldn’t turn on in the shower, the nobs wouldn’t move at all. Also, the toilet didn’t flush because the tank didn’t refill with water properly. I had to open the tank to manually do it. Staff gave us another room immediately. Also never received the complimentary bottle of wine as indicated when booking the hotel. Staff friendly and hotel very clean despite this. Great location was well. "

"45 minute wait at check in desk, with dozens of guests waiting in line, and 1 desk agent. Debris all over lobby floor. No working wifi the entire stay. No coffee at breakfast - they ran out. Very old hotel property, not renovated, like stepping into a time machine."

"To claim they serve breakfast is fraudulent. It was a few packaged muffins and some apples. That was super annoying. On the plus side, rooms were large and location pretty decent."

"Early breakfast was mainly scrambled powered eggs/sausage/oatmeal, small pastries, coffee & fruit. Unfortunately, the entrees were cold as the warmers did not appear to work. Breakfast is served on a table by the wall in lobby and staff will stop guests at the table to inquire if they have prepaid. This can be quite embarrassing as the staff have a list of prepays on a yellow sticky note but it was never accurate and they would indicate I had to stop each morning at the buffet and wait until staff could get to front desk and verify my prepay. Traveling colleagues indicated the cafe food was actually faster, better, and custom coffees are available there. "

"Great location in downtown Boston by the Seaport. Did not realize the rooms were so small. not a lot of space for two people. Not much room for suitcases Very cozy. They really utilized every inch of space. Wish they had proper parking. Overall, the staff was very friendly."

"Lovely one night stay here before heading to the airport! Loved the coffee machine with free lattes especially. Great staff, comfy bed, awesome restaurant attached to the lobby. No complaints, will stay here again!"
