"We three adult women discussed this. We felt it should be stated when viewing the website that the third bedroom is up some steep stairs and the mattresses are on the floor. We loved the decor and the home was all that it could be. I would come back especially if a trip was two or more nights. We only used the coffee-maker and put cups in the dishwasher."

"Would give it an extra star if I could! Our stay at the cottages was outstanding!! Marti and Jennine were incredible hosts and the property was beautiful. So nice and serene, the cottages have everything you need to feel right at home. My wife and I are already looking for a reason to come back to the Eugene area so we can stay with them again. The surrounding area was full of options for outdoor recreation and leisure, downtown Eugene is an easy 25 min drive away and you only take 2 roads to get there. 10/10 would recommend, especially families and/or groups looking for an adjoined place to stay with the privacy of separate dwellings/sleeping spaces!! "This was a nice little apartment added to a garage. The main house next door had no tenants during our stay, so it was very quiet.It is located on a fairly busy street. But traffic is very light at night. And there is a small shopping center just around the corner.The beds were comfortable with good, clean linens. Having the two queen beds in the main bedroom was very nice.We cooked breakfast with great results. There is a Keurig coffee pod maker and the stove worked fine. Plenty of dishes and utensils.The bathroom is very small. But the walk-in shower was nice with good hot water.There is a washer and dryer, but we did not use them.We stayed here to be close to the airport. It was pretty close and was an easy drive later in the evening."
