Copper House has been completely updated & renovated. The house has a 1st floor MBdrm, two 2nd floor en-suite Bdrms & a bunk room with (3) twin over queen bunk beds. This house is ideal for three families. The DNRM has a large table that seats 10 & the kitchen has a pub height table that seats 4\. There is a gas fireplace for relaxing after skiing, rafting, hiking or biking. The Hudson river is in our backyard. In winter the use of a ski locker at Gore Mtn is included in the rental fee. The space The kitchen has an electric stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and crock pot. Basic spices, coffee and tea are supplied. Each bathroom has a hair dryer as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is a gas BBQ grill as well. Guest access We are located on a one way street. The house has it's own parking area that can accommodate 4-6 vehicles. Other things to note The minimum stay is 2 nights except for holiday weekends which would require a 3 night minimum. Holiday weekends are MLK birthday, Presidents weekend, Memorial Day weekend, July4 weekend, Labor Day weekend, Columbus Day weekend, Thanksgiving weekend, Christmas and New Years weekends.
