Lacking in staffing

Pros: Location
Cons: staff availability.......would have liked room restocked every day.....towels and shampoo....bed made....never saw a person on Tuesday.....
When I needed dishes on Monday for the kitchen, no workers were available to bring them up to my room. I had a my friend in the room recovering from dental surgery and did not want to leave him. I have two shoulders that have been repaired and two artificial knees so carrying things is sometimes a problem. No supplies were restocked in the bathroom either. Secondly, when ready to check out on Tuesday there was no one at the desk and we waited and made noise but no one came. We just left the keys on the desk. I would have liked a receipt but no one was there for way to long to keep my patient waiting in the car.

We could smell smoke in the room which caused a bad headache and no sleep at night.

PAY A LITTLE MORE AMD STAY AT A DECENT HOTEL

No housekeeping, no coffee in the lobby in the evenings, no supplies in our room. Continental breakfast is cheap, dry prepackaged muffins and granola bars. Staff did not appear at the counter for approximately 20 minutes. Sketchy looking customers. Would not repeat my stay.

Very nice hotel

It was a good hotel, no complaints . Room was very big for me and my daughter. She loved this hotel.

Nice location

Rooms had been updated as well as the interior of the hotel. The lady at the desk was very friendly and accommodating. The bed was a little too firm for my liking but everything else was satisfactory.

Good for a short stay

The hotel was in a great location and the staff was friendly. The hallways had a strong smell of cigarette's and they could do a better job at disinfecting the hallway. The continental breakfast consisted of instant oatmeal, granola bars and individually wrapped muffins. There was not and Juice or mild offered. For just an over night stay I would use that hotel again but for a longer stay I would look else where.
