When I needed dishes on Monday for the kitchen, no workers were available to bring them up to my room. I had a my friend in the room recovering from dental surgery and did not want to leave him. I have two shoulders that have been repaired and two artificial knees so carrying things is sometimes a problem. No supplies were restocked in the bathroom either.
Secondly, when ready to check out on Tuesday there was no one at the desk and we waited and made noise but no one came. We just left the keys on the desk. I would have liked a receipt but no one was there for way to long to keep my patient waiting in the car.
