They charged a 100 deposit for the night. They did not say anything about this online when booking. They guy at the front desk was very helpful and willing to work with us. Our room was very small bathroom was as well. Our room was on the second floor there was no elevator for a disabled person. The railing at the top of the stairs was falling off was not secured at all. There breakfast was not the best. The waffle maker did not cook all the way threw. They told us if we wanted the gym or pool that it was another 15 dollar charge person and that it was not on the property had to go across the street. We will not be staying here again.

We do have the 100.00 incidental charge explicitly stated in all the websites under fees and policies. At the time of check-in if you would have notified front desk about not able to use the stairs, we would have happily accommodated you on the ground floor. And regarding the gym, we do not have any additional fees to use the premises, the fee that you were notified about was regarding late checkout fee of 15 if needed. We apologize sincerely for not providing you with a better stay.

Not so super
The only redeeming quality this hotel had was that the gentleman working the front desk was friendly. When we first entered our room it was easily 90 degrees. We immediately opened the window (it was -5 outside) it took at least 3 hours for our room temp to feel comfortable. There were hairs on our sheets and pillows, the carpet was dirty and the whole place had a strange overpowering smell.

the wall heater didn’t work- it was literally like 50 Degrees in room. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the dispenser in the shower. All the staff was not necessarily rude, she was not friendly at all.

There were black pubic hairs all in both of the beds, as well as what appeared to be dog fur. The blankets were used/ slightly brown as though person before had used spray tan and bedding was never changed. The heater did not work. There is a zero refund policy we just left.

Property was run down. I don't think it has had any upgrades since it opened. The common areas were disgusting. For what we paid for the room I expected something a lot nicer than what we got! Our room had a foul odor. It smelled musty and moldy. I would never ever recommend this property! If that's what the standards are for a Wyndham property I will definitely not stay at one of their properties again!

Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Need new carpeting, felt very mushy, like the floor is rotted underneath. Breakfast was good but only 2 tables for people to eat. Had to go back to the room to eat our breakfast.

The outside grounds were inviting and staff were friendly! The bed was comfy, but the cleanliness of the room was very disappointing, despite the overpowering smell of cleaners. Under/near the bed was littered with food debris, wrappers, and miscellaneous clutter/dust. Towels were stained, and thin. The ice bucket lacked a lid and was cracked. Flushing the toilet required opening the tank each time. The room needs a thorough cleaning and requires attention from maintenance.

This Super 8 was wonderful! Rick and Joy at the front desk were such a delight in their accommodating me on my stay. The room was clean and comfortable and most of all quiet. The breakfast was good too and the view gorgeous. Highly recommend!

Check-in on Expedia says 2:00. Needed to check in at 2:00 due to a wedding, that was the main reason for booking this property. Upon arrival, employee says check in is 3:00, that’s what the sign says, didn’t care about Expedia. Offered to let us check in at 2:00 for $15. The room had a broken lock, stained furniture, blood or feces smeared on the wall, soap and lotion dispensers fell off the wall, not vacuumed, drips running down walls of room and bathroom. Very unprofessional staff and horrible experience. Worst ever, actually. Advise if need pictures.

You get what you pay for. Thankfully we only need a place to sleep and get ready in the morning for our day, we didn’t spend much time in our room. Older hotel, needs loads of updates. Hair dryer cracked and doesn’t sound right, needs to be replaced. Bath towels are small kids size, they need to upgrade the bath towels to adult full size. No elevator. Host was very nice. Breakfast was nothing special, recommend to out for a good hot breakfast if that’s what you’re looking for.

My message from you said 2pm check in, check in was not till 3pm. So i had to leave and come back. Staff was sliw and unenthosed. I was charged an extra 100$ appon arrival for damages, that has yet to be put back on my card.
