Family room & bedrooms were neat and tidy and as advertised. Nice sheets & towels provided. Mattress in master in good condition and suited my preference. Firm.Arrived after dark and requested outside lights to be turned on. The timer for outside walkway lights were not set properly, so only light was the door porch light. A bit cumbersome unloading the car in the dark with lower level stairs to climb. Reported situation and response was an apology. They were not available to correct the issue during the stay which was unfortunate.Upon arrival found kitchen floor dirty and there was not a mop available. Attempted to clean with paper towels (pic below). Gave up and just wore shoes inside during the visit.Mold in front bathroom. Dirt covered fan vents in both bathrooms. (pics below)There was only 1 remote for multiple TVs - that was different & a bit inconvenient.The trip to the area was to attend to a family member who was having surgery so spending time communicating back and forth on the rental didn't get priority. Some of the reviews gave cleanliness 4 stars.And I just want to point out that it may be because this is an older house.So everything doesn't look all new and pristine like some of the newer houses. The house was clean.The towels were clean.The dishes were clean.Everything was nice. Chris was very accommodating and easy to communicate with.
