Room was ok .. shower great .. bed comfy 10 mins walk into York central.. parking costs ok but not sure it should be an additional cost for the booking.. air con is only portable on ground floor so needed ventilation hose out of the window which is not very secure on ground floor on roadside! Staff done their best but needs a few upgrades and booking should identify that before reservation

"Lovely hotel, rooms a bit old fashioned but very clean and exceptionally good value for what we paid. We didn’t partake in breakfast or dinner as we had friends staying nearby and we ate out with them but we did purchase teas and coffees which were good. We will definitely be visiting again ..."

"Checked in, went to my room and it wasn’t even cleaned after someone had left… sheets messy, can on the table and an absolute mess. Had to go back down to get them to give me another room. Room quality not well maintained, lift takes a very very long time to come so we had to use the stairs alot ..."
