The first night, I was placed in a room with a door tilted on the hinge which didn't allow the deadbolt to cross over and it felt like the door wasn't shut all the way or could be pushed open, I felt unsafe. Also, the drain in bathroom was extremely slow and I had a tub full of water when I was done showering. The toilet didn't flush so I tried to turn on the water pressure and the pipe started leaking water. I was in a nonsmoking room and the comforter had a cigarette sized burned hole through it. My room was changed the next day, the second room also had a slow drain. but was OK. I've stayed at WAY better 2.5 star hotels before and I think I was disappointed because I had a high expectation, an update is definitely needed. I would not stay there again.
