Hotel in dire need of MANY physical repairs.

Pros: Location to the beach and other activities.
Cons: Hotel in dire need of MANY physical repairs.
Location: Lots of places to eat, very short walk to the beach.
I'd NEVER stay there again. One of the hotel staff was nice and friendly, but all the rest were borderline rude.

Bath tub was clogged. Safe could not be used. Remotes with dead batteries. All issues reported to front desk with no results

I hate giving unpleasant reviews, but I have to make an exception for the Knights Inn: Please think twice before staying here--there is a significant amount of mold and moisture in the room along with damp bedding, dirty carpets, low lighting, bugs and unclean bathrooms. My family arrived from out-of-state on Saturday for my daughter's half marathon Sunday and were stuck there since there were no vacancies anywhere else for Labor Day Weekend. It was scary staying in such filth; so bad that we would have paid big $ to stay in a clean hotel even without a reimbursement. I'm sorry to share this news, I wish I would have known ahead of time that it was such an extreme lack of cleanliness and upkeep.

Pictures on Internet need updating like 10 years ago. Place smells of mildew and mold. No shampoo. No room service. Was expected to pick up my own towels from trash room/ laundry room. AC didn't work properly, leaked all over rug and luggage. No breakfast like listed. Only one parking ticket per a room, otherwise 20$ a day for any other car even though they offer suited for multiple guests.

it ruined my whole vacation the room was nasty it stank of cigarets was dirty staff would not give us extra towels we booked for 4 people we got 2 towles the air conditioning didnt work it was pitaful I think the health department should close the nasty place down

Needs update, and bigger parking spots

Needs to be updated compared to other hotels on that area. It is prime tourist location and it seems to not had an updated in 20 years, still had old tube TV's. Parking was a joke, I had a hard time getting into spots everytime.

Bedbugs, Uncomfortable beds, Odor...

We stayed only one night in this hotel. But that was enough. First of all receptionist gave us a room and we saw a lot of bedbugs. Then he changed our room. But this time the room smells Indian curry spices. Also, we saw a bedbug and I killed it in this room too. Another thing is that the beds are very uncomfortable. I woke up with backache. The hotel has a great location but the management sucks.

Room was large but the bathroom was kinda nasty. The room had an odor and when we informed the front desk they sprayed a can to rid of the smell...the breakfast rhey had was just cereal and muffins.
