Horrible

Posted 27-Jul-2015
Pictures on Internet need updating like 10 years ago. Place smells of mildew and mold. No shampoo. No room service. Was expected to pick up my own towels from trash room/ laundry room. AC didn't work properly, leaked all over rug and luggage. No breakfast like listed. Only one parking ticket per a room, otherwise 20$ a day for any other car even though they offer suited for multiple guests.

Staff needs customer service training

Posted 12-May-2015 on Hotels
Very outdated, hotel staff not very friendly and not very helpful, their so called free internet is so slow that if you want to have internet service you have to pay for faster service. Room was very clean, until I found spider webs and dust and dead spiders on a window sill, that was right at eye level. Everything that I found objectable would have been forgotten and forgiven until they called at 10:45 to remind me in a rather harsh way that check out was at 11:00!!! Great location and very clean, but if I am going to be yelled at and kicked out of my room, I don't know if I will stay here again

Never again...

Posted 11-Dec-2014 on Hotels
First and foremost the lady was completely rude and had no idea about my reservation. I specified for a smoking room and when I noticed I was put in a nonsmoking I went back to talk to her. She said because we were in the room for more than 2 hrs that she couldn't move us. Then said "smoke in that room, I don't care" so for anyone looking for a nonsmoking room at knights inn, I can almost guarantee its not a smoke free room. The hotel itself was spacious but outdated which isn't a big deal because I knew I was getting what I paid for but the front desk is what really made me not want to come back. I'm not sure if she is the owner/manager because there was a gentleman at the front desk when checking out

Inexpensive rooms with great central location

Posted 14-Nov-2014
Cons: More outlets for charging devices. Include a coffee maker. The ironing board did not have a cover on it.
Modestly appointed suite. Kitchenette has microwave but no coffee maker, silverware, cookware, or dishes. Very few outlets for charging devices. Free wifi, but weak signal (@ room 105). I spent very little time there during my three day November stay, so the shortcomings did not hurt much. Saving cash was my focus. Rooms were neat and clean, but no maid service occurred while I was there. Again, not a big deal for a short stay.

They do not care

Posted 21-Oct-2014 on Hotels
I saved a lot of money, and if I am travelling alone, I may stay here again. My feet got very dirty walking on the carpet without shoes, there were half eaten cookies in the dresser left from previous guests, and the grouting around the tub was about 75% gone. That said, it was a very large room with fridge and microwave and could have slept 6 fairly comfortably. I was a little surprised that I stayed there 4 nights and when I checked out the guy behind the counter sort of looked up from his personal call and never asked me anything about my stay. I guess they know what they have. Oh, the continental breakfast was okay and free.
