I checked in and expected my room and noticed the my shower was dirty. The house keeper did not clean the bathroom. There were also roaches inside my room.

The pictures online led me to believe that this was an indoor hotel, not an outdoor motel. Walking in the room I could feel metal plating in the floor under the carpet, which made me cautious of the overall safety there. It was a bit difficult to rest comfortably, especially knowing I had a long drive the following day. I wouldn't likely stay there again, but that's just me.

Property had roaches on the lamps and shower. Big black spider crawling around the curtains. Pubic hairs in the shower and on the hand towels they give you. Cigarette burn in the sheets. This place was absolutely disgusting. Breakfast was a muffin, granola bar. Coffee, apple juice and orange juice. The orange juice was absolutely disgusting. Tasted like dollar tree drinks. The maids would come into our rooms while we were gone. Please stay away from this place.

Rude make up prices
My stay total cost was supposed to be 129.00 but when I went to check in it went from $129.00 to $240.00!!??? What's really going on?? So no I didn't pay that price and the Clark rude and point blank unfriendly all the way around. I will never never deal with that again or will I be treated that way

We found 4 roaches, the one night we stayed. The electical socket was broken and coming out the wall (HAZARD). Has an awful odor. Did not have a breakfast bar, unless muffins and orange juice was the breakfast, but it was displayed all the time.

What you expect.
The room was clean. not much out of the ordinary for a hotel of this class. Breakfast was poor, coffee was cold and only a muffin for food.

The room was nonsmoking and smelled horrible with smoke. Air conditioning didn’t work. The floor stuck to your feet when you walked on it. The shower had no hot water.

THIS IS A RACIST ESTABLISHMENT, the Indian husband and wife here DO NOT LIKE BLACK PEOPLE…when i first arrived here there were two Caucasian men in front of me checking in, the husband at the front desk was very nice going above and beyond for them. After they left i stepped to the counter to check in and as the Indian man at the front desk proceeded to take down my information, he stopped and said “ oh i remember your name from earlier “ you’re canceled so you can’t check in good bye “ as he shoo-ed me away with his hand. I asked him how was my check in canceled , when my Expedia account showed that check starts at 3pm , late check in is 11pm and my room was a “ reserve now pay at property “. He said “ your room was canceled you said you would be here at 3pm and you wasn’t so at 6pm we canceled your room “ i told him “ i never said anything about checking in at 3pm and as i pulled my confirmation out to read to him that it says check in starts at 3pm, he said to me “ go argue with Expedia you’re canceled , you’re canceled “ so i said “ why are you being so rude to me when I’m coming from out of town, i followed the instructions from Expedia and now you’re telling me because you guys tried to charged my card this morning when i haven’t arrived yet , you guys canceled my room … you guys need to honor what it says on Expedia “ he said “ you’re canceled get out “ i told him so i need to book a room, he said “ there’s no more rooms “ so i said how is there no more rooms when i

Staff was excellent. We needed a room on the 1st floor for my handicap mother. No problem. Staff was amazing, friendly and curtiuos. Our A/C broke in our room the staff quickly switched out our rooms. The rooms was spotless everything was clean and tidy upon our arrival. Definatley will recomend to others. The price and location was great.

This hotel is the dumps disgusting dirty room reeked of stale cigarette smoke hair in the shower carpet filthy room was dusty and dark. There were stains in the ceiling staff charged my credit card over the amount it should have been charged problems from check in to check out. Howard Johnson Hotel you should be ashamed of yourselves the condition of this hotel is horrible. 50.00 early check in fee and a 50.00 early checkout fee for this dump?? Never ever again

We arrived early Friday, we were told our room was ready, however if we wanted to check in prior to 2:00 p.m., we would have to pay an extra $45. In addition, the second day, our room was not clean, when we asked for clean towels, we were informed that we must request that our room be cleaned hence why it was not clean. On the third day, we arrived to our door being left ajar and no towels. Lastly, their breakfast consist of juice and muffins, whenever we would go get some, the lady from behind the counter would monitor what we would get. Definitely a first and last. We could not wait to check out.

There was little evidence that any maintenance was being done. Cracks in walls, torn wall paper, shower head that sprayed water everywhere (water from the shower soaked the walls, causing the carpet on the other side of the wall to be soaked, gap under the door letting critters in, black mold on bathroom ceiling, unsecured power strip, TV mount caused the TV to sit on the crooked on the dresser, open electrical boxes, and tub water temps swung from ice cold to scalding hot without warning. The "breakfast" was a bit of a joke, its in a VERY sketchy area, and there is lots of road noise.
