Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff! The location is awesome and ocean views were incredible. Only challenge was one elevator was out of order which led to longer wait time but they offered the service elevator as an option. Cannot wait to go back.

The hotel is very quiet and conveniently located near the beach. The breakfast is delicious, and the rooms are big and very clean. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. I specifically booked an ocean view suite for my parents' last trip before leaving the US. However, when we arrived, the lock on the balcony door was broken, and the door couldn't be opened. We could only see the ocean through the glass. Although the staff promptly sent someone to fix it (it was after 9 pm), we had to wait until the next morning due to the issue with the parts. Unfortunately, we had to check out in the morning, so this was the only disappointment.

Nothing special. Nothing really awful. One of the elevators wasn’t working but they let us use the service elevator. I didn’t realize it was a pet friendly hotel. I like animals but the noise wasn’t expected. I hate to pay for parking. Might stay again if I’m ever in that neck of the woods.

My stay did not go well from the beginning. The room I was given had a problem with the seals on the door and the air coming through the door made a loud noise when closed. We had to block the door at the bottom to get any relief. I complained to the from desk and they offered to move me to another room, however we had booked an oversized suite and the room they wanted to give us was a regular sized room so we declined. The staff said they would provide me with a discount on my stay to which I agreed to but don't see any evidence of receiving that discount on my receipt. When I called to request my receipt from the hotel, the person who answered the phone was very short and rude with her attitude, like I was disturbing her or something. My overall impression of the hotel was not impressive. We had trouble with the internet connection etc. This hotel is pet friendly and to me there was an odor of a dog having been in that room previously that was evident when the room was closed up and we returned. I don't think I will stay at this hotel again. I thought a big name like Hilton and the fact that we book the oversized suite would have been more impressive. Be advised before you book. The only bright spot was the parking valet named Ronnie. He was very attentive to our needs within his spear of duties.

It was ok, they made us pay for valet regardless because they said even they had to pay for parking. We are not dog friendly, due to personal reasons, but the hotel is, so if you have allergies, probably not the place to stay. Other than that, it was pretty good! Very clean, despite the pets.

The room was very nice. Loved the bathroom. Great view. What we did not like, I was not told that we had to ask for housekeeping. So the next day we had no coffee in the room because our room was not serviced. We thought it would be no big deal, we would get coffee from the lobby. Coffee is not made until 7am. I was not told we would have to pay for parking. So that was a surprise. Also did not know there was no continental breakfast. We ate at your restaurant. Made our order of omelets which cane with potatoes. When the food arrived we were told the potatoes needed more time. Ok, not a problem. When we were done with our meal potatoes were still not ready. We waited a bit but wanted to go. My husband went to pay the check and told the waitress to forget about the potatoes. It was not taken off the bill. It was not busy, there were only 3 other people there. Needless to say we found a place the next couple of days. Using the TV to checkout also does not work. Did not use the pool so can’t rate it.

Amazing, clean amenities. Professional staff.
The building is updated, kept incredibly clean. Someone had a tee shirt for housekeeping appreciation that said lobby attendants make it sparkle and they really do, it is very well maintained. Staff were excellent, very friendly and took care of any needs or questions. We could see dolphins and a whale swim by from the rocking chairs out back / balcony.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. All staff were friendly and helpful. Every room has an ocean view and we could sit and watch the dolphins swim by in the morning. We will definitely return.

We live in Virginia Beach, and just wanted a night out at the Ocean front with having to drive. We went to the VA Beach Art Festival the next day. This hotel, its staff, and its location are excellent. Young lady at the front desk who checked us in was amazing. You may see her on TV someday. Bartender was great, food and drinks were great. Everything was clean, and the service was great. Bravo to the staff and GM.

Nice location, right on the water. Oceanfront room was nice. Furniture a bit beat up, bed too stiff, uncomfortable. Special thanks to valet services at front both Ronnie and Ryan were right there to help us with directions or advise. Super nice!

Pet friendly; amenities kept up even though season was over; bed was made so tightly, we had trouble getting in it!; the flashing on our door was torn, so we got some outside noise; big complaint is the kitchen staff: I guess they got comfortable with the lower guests load. There was a lot of goofy,loud play and foul language guests could hear, almost like we weren't even there. This wasn't keeping with the brand.

The room needed maintenance, the water supply line for the toilet was leaking, a puddle had formed. The shower stall was riddled with mold. The folded towels contained pubic hair and were stained from use.
