It was approximately 10 minutes from the airport, and from the wedding venue. The house is on a quiet street, easily walkable to the bay, and food. It’s also a quick ride to a grocery store. The house is clean, well equipped with everything you need, and has a nice fenced in backyard. The management company also communicated well throughout our trip. The house is perfectly located near the beach and activities. I have never stayed at a house that has so many things you need for a great stay — we had all the kitchen utensils and cooking gear needed to save big on eating out, as well as beach gear — beach chairs, a rolling cart, and a tent. The beds are incredibly comfortable. Normally, hotel beds are adequate but the bed in the main bedroom was actually as good as the one I have at home. I also appreciated being able to bring our elderly dog so I didn’t have to worry about finding a sitter. We loved COVA coffee and brewery right behind the house and went there a few times. When we arrived, we had to clean the property. The refrigerator and the bottom drawer in the fridge required cleaning, and the air fryer was also left dirty, so we couldn't use it. The internet connection didn't work, which was a problem as we had young children and only one television. This meant we couldn't watch movies. Although I reported the issue, it wasn't fixed until the morning we left. Additionally, the carpet was filthy, the sofa had a lot of pet hair, and the welcome snacks were old.
