We made a reservation through Expedia weeks before our arrival and it was confirmed. When we got there, exhausted after a long trip, they couldn't find our reservation. Finally they realized they gave our room to some other clients because they did not read the names right. They finally gave us another room but charged us more for it although they admitted it was their mistake! We stayed 2 nights but it was impossible to sleep because of people going in and out all night, talking very loudly in the hallways and slamming doors. Continuously! ALL NIGHT! The poor design of the breakfast area makes it nerve-wracking to get your breakfast in the morning. Do yourselves a favour and stay away form this hotel!

Great hotel, conveniently located. Despite highway 64 being behind the hotel (and my room was on that side), I didn't hear any road noise. Comfy bed, clean room, friendly staff, hot and tasty breakfast... and all at a reasonable price!
